FloorVenue

We ordered 22 sqm of vinyl flooring from Floorvenue and they overcharged us for 55sqm then only refunded the installation (which never took place) but refuse to provide any refund for the material. The extra 33sqm material was never delivered to our site.
The installer do not have any qualification and the work quality is terrible. Within 4 months, the floor is cupping and has become trip hazard. They advised it cannot be fixed and we will have to rip all out and re-install.

We got a gorgeous wool carpet and a quality underlay for an amazing price. The installation was brilliant and the advice given by Zahid was sound. We thank him for great service. We ended up with a first-class job.

Worst experience using this company from the beginning.
They didn’t order the materials I chose, laid boards that were chipped, and they laid the flooring which later was noted to be bouncy and squeaky.
Despite initially saying they would fix it, went back on their word and claimed there was nothing wrong with the floor.

Leo, Judy, Victor and the installers did an amazing job on the renovation of my apartment in Bellevue Hill. Exceptional product knowledge on flooring, picked a great contrast to the paint colours and very flexible around my schedule. Amazing customer service and very responsive. They truly care about the end to end and finish and came back the next day to do some final touches after the initial laying of the flooring. I can't praise the team highly enough for working long, late hours and on a public holiday. Thank you, job well done

Victor and his team were amazing to work with and did an excellent job on the flooring of my unit. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with which type of material to go with and was very accommodating with changes in dates. Despite being overseas for a couple of weeks, Victor was constantly in touch with myself and his team to coordinate the job and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

We highly recommed engaging Judy from FloorVenue if you are intstalling a hard floor in an apartment with complex strigent acoustic By-Law. FloorVenue provided expert advice, they were competitively priced and they used their own employees not subcontractors.

We had the pleasure of dealing with floor venue, Luke, Judy and Leo were all wonderful to deal with. At first meeting, Luke was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, really helpful and honest, one of the reasons why We only went to one place instead shopping around. When we stumbled across an issue Luke was quick to resolve the problem. We had one man come to install the flooring which took a day, his attention to detail was spot on! He has made our old style town house look like a modern mansion. Workers don’t speak much English which at times was a little difficult in terms of asking questions but the amazing work out rules the language barrier as they are professionals when it comes to installing flooring. He also cleaned up after the work was done! I would recommend floor venue to family and friends! The photo below speak for themselves!

Although I communicated with Luke most of the time, I can say all team members at FloorVenue are nice, approachable, easy to talk to and give advice to best of their knowledge.
First I was emailing with Luke and he honestly and clearly explained why my floorboards couldn't be repaired, so I decided to having them replaced. On the phone and in person, Luke has always been nice, professional and ready to work with me to realise my ideas.
The installation team were professional, experts in their field, and did a super fast and perfect job.
What I love about these floorboards the most is they look different from different angles and places in the room. I took all 5 photos within 1 minute - brilliant colours and shades (Type: Aquafloor - Barnwood).

Very happy with the end result. Small installation issues resolved quickly, workmen were timely, efficient, helpful and tidy. Would recommend to others.

We had a pipe burst and leak through our bedroom carpet, destroying it. We urgently needed new flooring after removing the carpet, underlay and liquid. Luke from FloorVenue responded to our enquiries quickly, and gave us a wide variety of options suiting our budget. We found this laminate option which fit our design and budget. The installers did a great job. I would be happy to recommend FloorVenue to others!

Luke was super helpful, provided prompt responses, was knowledgeable, friendly and polite and gave us a lot of time and information about the options available to us. The best service we had anywhere.

Only gave 4 stars as we went elsewhere due to the quoted cost of levelling our floors but Luke's service was definitely 5 star quality. Will keep them in mind for future projects.
