Great customer service from Leo and Judy, especially for the mobile showroom during lockdown. Judy was particularly helpful and knowledgeable regarding installation in a strata property, and more specific logistical questions. Despite installation being delayed due to other parties, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The installers were very efficient and the results speak for themselves. We absolutely love our new floors!

This is a highly recommended floor laying company. From start to finish they worked to the agreed schedule. The contractors (a husband & wife duo I think) worked very smoothly and achieved a first class job. The room now completed is excellent. They cleaned up and left us with a finished and elegant room ready for immediate use. A gold medal required!

I went to several flooring companies but found Floor Venue to have a large range of laminate wood flooring and they knew their products.
Installation went off smoothly. 2 men came and laid the floor quickly and professionally, working as a precision team. At all times a person from the office kept me informed when there was a slight delay. The floor looks great and really adds value and beauty.
If the occasion arises, I will definitely use them again.

Horrible experience so far…
1 - Company only sent 2 out of 3 samples - then had to wait for someone to come and drop off the last sample because the other one “got lost in transit”. The entire samples stage took 6 weeks.
2 - Company came out to measure - worker was arrogant and “demanded” parking.
3 - Workers came in to install the floors, but no one speaks English! They have to phone their manager (Judy) to translate for them - wastes so much time and is very frustrating!
4 - Worker who measured didn’t measure correctly as there wasn’t enough floor, so I am made to wait because the floors aren’t in Sydney.
5 - Judy assured me the flooring would be finalised by the end of this week and promised to keep me updated. No update call or communication, I have to chase up their mistake.
6 - Workers who installed the floor were quite rough, flooring already has chips and scuffs! They were throwing tools on the new floor and throwing the boards on one another without care - photos of chips included.
7 - Back courtyard was left full of saw dust.

The flooring is for a small one bedroom unit. Unusable bedroom, as this is where they ran out of flooring. Already it’s a small area, and to be short on flooring, with chips and bad communication, I’d recommend staying away! So frustrating!

My Bamboo flooring went in last week. Judy was very helpful during the process of deciding on which flooring to use. She sent me numerous samples (it was during lockdown). The price was very competitive. The installers were very efficient and careful. Great outcome. Very happy with the finished job.

FANTASTIC JOB. The service right from the Office to the guy who did the quote to the crew that came and did the job was excellent. An efficient one day job - the crew got stuck in and quietly whittled away with the floor boards, no problems. The product is great - colour so warm. I'm afraid the photos don't do the end result justice (mainly because the walls are dirty - that's the next job, painting! And I plan on getting matching furniture). Great joinery. I would recommend this company 100% - courteous and professional.
