Full of ferril kids. My 3 yr old got smashed by a 12 yr old in the under 10s section. Parents think it's a child minding centre.

The experience during my girls birthday was terrible, the host were uncooperative, the manager on duty wanted to have an argument in front of all my guests.it was embarrasing! Have really LOW expectations, if you want to host a party there.

CRAP service there's no one at the cafe the staff a very rood to my children. ATTENTION NO ONE GO TO FLIP OUT

The staff are great that were there and helpfull but the only problem that needs fixing was the fans and lights were looked like they had never been cleaned the fans had thick black dust coating
