Flip Out

Took kids there paid over $100 bux but the middle section has been changed to under 10s. My kids are 10 and weren’t allowed on it. They were so bored we left after 45mins. Such a shame. There was no one on that section either.

The services and staff (Kim's team) were fantastic. Friendly on arrival and very helpful, went out of their way during our session to empty out two jumping pits just to find my child's piece of jewellery. I highly recommend this place.

I had a bad experience there yesterday due to bad customer service. I’m not good with words but still want to express my disappointment that is why I left a rating. I looked at a few of your replies and it seems like you are always on the right and never wrong. I don’t know your story and I am not here to start an argument so I chose to not give details. Wow! What a night we had at Flip Out Caringbah for St John Bosco Netball Club end of season presentation. Kim and her team were amazing. The set up was awesome and the communication in the lead up and on the night was exceptional. The staff were so good with the kids and so polite. We will definitely be back. Thank you St John Bosco Netball Club

My daughter and her friend completed a term of Ninja lessons and I was thrilled with how much confidence she gained over the term. All thanks to the clever techniques and fun personality of her talented young coach Che; keep up the good work and keep on inspiring Che!

Overall a good facility but definitely needs to be maintained and looked after better. There was rubbish on the trampolines and in the jumping castle, old bits of food all over the place and on the equipment. Seems like it needs a very good clean!

The service is average and the facilities look fairly run down. Not the best facility to take toddlers, although their website mentions otherwise. The staff supervising the trampolines are children themselves and lack control. Parents are only allowed on the grass area unless they are wearing “flip out” socks, therefore making it difficult to supervise my child from a safe distance. Take your toddlers elsewhere! This centre is definitely not under 10 friendly!

I had a disappointing experience at Flipout today with my children. Although I brought grip socks, they insisted on making me purchase theirs, which I find wasteful and environmentally unfriendly. It's worth noting that I have been to other places where I was allowed to use my own non-slip socks. I understand that businesses have the right to set conditions for entry, but due to my recent experience at Flipout, I will make a point to choose other entertainment venues in the future.

The overall cleanliness of Flipout, especially the bathrooms, was unsatisfactory.

Additionally, the waiver they required me to sign seemed excessive in the amount of personal data it collected. I'd like to highlight that other similar venues I have visited do not require the extensive collection of personal data. Instead, when purchasing a ticket at those facilities, I accept any inherent risks and agree to be bound by their provided terms and conditions. This alternative approach respects privacy while still ensuring safety.

Flipout won't be seeing me return anytime soon.

My son had his birthday at Flip Out Caringbah on the weekend. We had two hosts dedicated to the large group we had. Kye and Jonah are apart of this amazing team who helped out with 38 kids.

They were truly amazing, very efficient, very helpful and paitent with our large group. The food was brought out on time, kids were feed and happy. They both were always keeping me in the loop of what is next coming. Truly an asset to the the Flip Out Caringbah team.

School Holiday clubs should be allocated 2 hours public free. Way too many children in Flip Out this morning! This is pure greed and very dangerous.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FAIR TREATMENT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I attended a birthday party here a couple of weeks ago, great experience, the staff are incredibly polite and friendly and my children had the most wonderful time

We had our sons birthday party there and could not be happier. Our son and his friends had the time of their lives thanks to their party host James. He engaged with the kids throughout the whole time playing different games with them and making conversation throughout the whole party. The kids looked like they were having a ball the whole time and they loved James. This guy is phenomenal, great party host and really loves his job! Venue was also fantastic and made it easy for us.

These places always seem poorly managed, not clean, messy bathrooms, etc. Great for the kids, a shame they don't really look after the place

My kids had a great workshop with Kye, he was patient and taught them loads of tricks. Thanks dude

Poor customer service, dangerous, dodge and the party was very bad organised with dirty table, delivery the food later and hurrying up the kids to eat!

The staff here were so amazing today! A huge thank you to all of you for your kindness and patience today with the kids and parents in the rain. It was obvious you were being pushed to the limit yet you were so calm and helpful. I was talking to

My 2 girls had a combined birthday party at Caringbah on September 10th. A big thank you to Kim and the 3 part hosts for their organisation and smooth running on the night with 50 children. My girls had the best birthday party and the invited children had a wonderful time x

Staff are friendly and helpful. They have an inflatable, foam pit (was a favourite as not all venues have this), lots of trampoline space but he trampolines are not as bouncy as other trampoline places. There is a large under 10s section and another for playing with soft balls. Plenty of seating and arcade section for air hockey, racing cars bikes and fishing etc. Parking was good. They have $25 for 3 hours called after dark from 6pm to 9pm. Great value but the arcades can run up the costs
