Needs better parking facilities, hardcore air conditioners and maybe a little more variety, but a fun few hours for the kids.

Kids had fun - Birthday party was good. Although on a hot day, it can be a little warm inside. Good coffee though!

We had my sons Birthday party here last night and everything went really well! The manager and staff were friendly, easy going and so helpful. Nothing was an issue and my son and his friends had an absolute ball!

Open spaces and reasonably clean.
No drinking fountain so charging for bottled water. Very under staffed, only one person serving at the front desk and the cafe so long wait for overpriced coffee.

I had a great Time jumping with my 3 yr old, was perfect for his age and plenty of different places to jump. I also thought I lost my diamond and the team went above and beyond to search for it, amazing! Such a great place and experience

We celebrated our daughter's birthday and Kim was a delight from start to finish. She took care of us and was lovely. Mary and Dylan were also very helpful and were excellent with the kids! All of us had a wonderful time! Highly recommended!

Awesome! Ninja classes for kids are great and not too expensive. Great value for 2 hour jumps. Staff are friendly and not Nazi at keeping you in line like some other trampoline parks. Great birthday facilities too. My 7yo pretty much nags me every day to go for some fun.

I want to say a massive thank you to Kim and Matt. Kim for her attentive, bubbly service and Matt for his kind nature and patience with the kids. We have been coming to Ninjas for 3 years and Matt was really the only reason we stuck around BUT since the new owners and Kim have come along the place has just gotten better and better. We love Flip Out Caringbah!

My daughter has just signed up to do classes and loves this place. It's heaps of fun and great value for money. Unlike other trampoline parks the staff are friendly and they don't abuse their power. I've found both ladies that work at the front I've met are really lovely.

5,15 or 50 years old. Leave gravity at the door. For less than $20 you'll feel what it's like to fly (for a second or two), brush up on your knowledge of to the top 40s and, of you're lucky, avoid any major injury.

Make sure you check the foam pit for little ones before you launch!

P. S they have dodge ball if you're brave

I always have a great time at the adult agility classes in the evening. With excellent instruction from Matt I'm always surprised by what I can do. Suitable for any level from beginner onwards! 5*****s

Had such a great time at Flip Out Trampoline Arena Caringbah. The place was so clean and the staff are really friendly. Kim was there at the time, she was so lovely to deal with! I took my 3.5 year old daughter and she had an absolute ball (so did I actually). The mums and bubs deal was awesome as I got to have a jump around with my little girl! Will definitely be back!

Great place to take your kids. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Manager went out of their way to provide my child a cup of water. Would strongly recommend coming here.

It was a warm sunny day in Taren Point Flipout, when a young gentlemen greeted me and my daughter. Later on my daughter got her head stuck in the chocolate machine, this young man was heroic he ran from the staff room and reefed her head out of the machine gracefully. It is actions like this that makes me desire to come back.
I think he said his name was jordan.

Yes, they are low on staff, but they are nice and friendly.
Went there the other day with a few friends and had a blast!

We went there for a party. It was a safe environment & the kids had fun. You have to make sure your toddler doesn't just walk right out the front door into the carpark but it's a smaller place than SkyZone at Miranda and it's easier to keep an eye on your kids.

Very hot is summer. A bit short on staff, although they're friendly. Could do with a bigger food selection.

The customer service is very bad! I think management needs to fixed the attitude problem here. Sad I won’t go back.

Decent trampoline park but the staff don't go out of their way to give you an even more fun experience. Missed opportunity.
