We have a rental property with Fitzpatrick's Real Estate and from the very beginning we have had excellent service. I know my property is in good hands. The service is great, someone actually rings you back and nothing is a trouble. I was recommended to use Fitzpatrick's and I would definitely recommend then to manage your property.

Super fast communication when there are repairs that need to be sorted, and all of the property management staff are always happy to assist with any queries. After trying to rent out my house for 4 months I changed to real estates and approached Ang and she had it rented within weeks - I felt super relieved as she took over and I was able to leave it in her capable hands.

Professional service delivered with a personal touch. Tenancy management services have been great, no issue to big or too small. When our Tenancy Manager Gemma was unavailable we liaised with her colleague Laura. It was great to see that Laura was not only familiar with our property and across what our plans were, Laura was able to offer us her insights and recommendations which we took on board. On a similar issue Gemma came to our property on a Sunday morning to meet us and see how were were progressing with repairs, a call above and beyond duty. We take the management of our Wagga properties seriously and want to see the best for our tenants. Having the Fitzpatricks team managing our properties sees that not only are or tenants happy, but us as landlords confident in the management and security of our investments.

I’ve found the property management team extremely passionate and go the extra mile in managing my property. They are very quick to respond to queries and it’s never a hassle for them to arrange for quotes or open inspections. I’ve also been very impressed with their ability to ensure low vacancy rates for my property in challenging times.
On the rare occasion I’ve had to follow up on the outcome of works that have been done e.g. Repairs, investigations of leaks. However, this is more a personal preference and most landlords would be happy for their property managers to run with it.
I’d highly recommend the property management team, they achieve great results!
