The worst agency to deal with if you are a tenant. They only care about money. Very greedy. Rude and arrogant staff. No conern towards the tenants. Legal LOOTING at it peak!

Dont waste time for inspections they will not accept your application and will reply after weeks that your application is unsuccessful. Replying by only one reason landloard accept other applicant. I have wasted more than two months for doing inspections. I will not recommend any one.

We moved to Australia recently and were a little daunted by the unfamiliar rental process - Gemma and Olivia were so wonderful and their professionalism and great communication made the process so straightforward. We are really grateful for how committed and helpful they are - they found us the perfect rental for our first home in Aus and we are incredibly happy there!

One word review - Horrible and Greedy people (Leading by Wagga tenancy manager Mrs. Katie) When we had vacated the house, simply they did LEGAL MONEY LOOTING in so many ways via terms and conditions. Not recommended to any one at all.

I have been dealing with Fitzpatrick's Real Estate Wagga for over 15 years and can't speak highly enough of the team. They have always been prompt, professional and very thorough. The communication has also been first class, the business is certainly very well organised. I would happily recommend Fitzpatrick's Wagga to anyone needing anything real estate related!

The worse people to deal with. I do not recommend leasing through Fitzpatrick as their staff is extremely rude. They do not communicate with you at all and will rip you off wherever it is possible for them to make money.

Professional service delivered with a personal touch. Tenancy management services have been great, no issue to big or too small. When our Tenancy Manager Gemma was unavailable we liaised with her colleague Emma. It was great to see that Emma was not only familiar with our property and across what our plans were, Emma was able to offer us her insights and recommendations which we took on board. It is not just the tenancy manager that is across our properties but the whole team with updated valuations and insights into different suburbs and city as a whole.
