I'm very happy. I've sold two properties with Matt and then also Molly this time around. Ive had good outcomes both times. I've also rented through Fitzpatricks after the 2012 flood and was treated with great kindness and respect by the tenancy agent whose name I think, was Tenille. She was a stand out at the time. It was a while ago so hopefully my memory is correct and I have her name right. I've just been treated so respectfully every time at Fitzpatricks. If this is what you value, then I would highly recommend.

Fitzpatricks Agency is not good for the tenants, might be okay for other services. They appreciate the tenants when they rent with them, once you planned to leave, you just ignore your bond money and be prepared to give additional money, otherwise, they would threaten you telling about tribunals so and so…

Paul and the team provided an excellent experience in selling my property. Responsive, organised and sound advice based on years of experience. Sad to sell out of Wagga but couldn't have picked a better real estate agency.

Angela Robbins sold our investment property for us and she was amazing! Angela kept us informed the entire way, gave us fantastic advice and made us feel very comfortable. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to deal with her during this process.

I have dealt with a number of real estate agents in Wagga Wagga over the past few months whilst trying to purchase a property. Whilst I did not end up buying through this Agency they were the most responsive of all that I dealt with. One of their agents, Angela Robbins, really stood out but all the other staff were amazing. We have just sold our home through Fitzpatrick's RE, couldn't be more happy. All staff were extremely professional, friendly, approachable and best of all secured a fantastic result for us. We would highly recommend Fitzpatrick's. Rest assured they know the Wagga Wagga market very well. A big thank you to Brendan Madigan and the whole team.

It is very obvious on the reviews that home owners putting their property on rent or home owners selling their property rate them high. However tenants always give 1 star. I rented out a property with them with the property essentially falling apart. The roof leaked, the doors did not lock, the blinds were all broken. When this was addressed and Fitzpatrick was asked to repair it, they simply ignored it. However come end of lease, brought this up as me causing the damage. The damaged items are all clearly visible on old pictures of the property on the online listing. The only reason this place continues to function is because there is no competition in Wagga. If Renting, I'd highly recommend a private rental or going through someone else.

Friendly but a bit slack with getting back into contact when trying to arrange repairs etc. Always have to chase them.

I have recently rented a new property through Fitzpatrick's and couldn't have asked for better service! Sonia in particular has been fantastic to deal with, especially after dealing with another local real estate agency that have been awful to deal with! Sonia has been prompt, friendly and has gone above and beyond to ensure my partner and I have been able to move into our new property, stress free. A small hurdle of a leaky shower head was promptly dealt with on the same day.

I would recommend Sonia and Fitpatricks to anyone looking for a decent real estate agency who is professional, prompt and a pleasure to communicate with.

If our property manager is away for the day I can still call the office and any of the other property team members know what is going on with our property to date.
