Fitness First

Equipment can take 2 months to fix-yes, two months, and still not fixed yet.training rooms are quite dusty and need to be cleaned on a regular basis.
There're good aspect of the gym though-staff is overall friendly and easygoing.

Maintenance and cleaning need serious attention.
The place smells bad
Men's change rooms are never cleaned. Hygiene disaster
Rarely is there soap in the dispensers.
Only 3 showers working in men's.blocked sink filled with dirty water for months, broken toilet leaking all over floor,
Broken equipment not being fixed.
Almost 50% of light fittings are broken
Air conditioning rarely works

Please Fitness First, can you fix it up. Its a disgrace

Staff are friendly but the gym is beyond appalling. It is disgusting, dirty and the women change rooms have been out of order or under cobstrconstr for months. Black mould everywhere, lockers broken. One small wotkspace with 1 maybe 2 hairdryers if they worked. I feel cleaner not showering after a workout than showering in this gym.

The staff are professional and friendly but the change room has an unbearable smell and needs proper cleaning. In addition it takes so long to fix broken equipment.

Go to one of Yan’s classes if you want to be discouraged from ever going to the gym again. Terrible instructor - impatient and rude.

I would give this gym -5 stars if I could. The smell of sweat in the gym and in the change rooms is unbearable. Men’s change room, showers, spa and toilets are beyond disgusting. Even though this gym is only 5 minuets away from home but I’d rather go all the way to Macquarie Centre because I cannot tolotate how unclean this gym is…

Really getting sick of this place every day something else is broken and takes them three or four weeks to fix. The same machines break over and over
The toilets don’t work the showers don’t work
They removed the very popular? Paper piss the member off so much. I really feel sorry for the great staff they are not supported by good management this Gym has gone to the dogs in the last six months I have now made this my 2nd choice

Weights floor and cardio good but men’s changing rooms need proper cleaning - sauna and showers specifically. Pretty disgusting.

Spacious gym with great equipment and friendly staff. Have been to many other Fitness First but Carlingford is the best.

Great open space, new equipment. I rarely have to wait for long because there is enough equipment. Moved from Fitness First Pennant Hills and this is amazing!

The bearded man with tatoos at the reception was extremely rude. Kept on interrupting me when i was asking something and strayed me away from getting a membership on that day. His rudenesa gave the gym a bad atmosphere. The club as a whole has a bad image and consequences must be implemented as a means to end this man

Awful customer service, rude staff. I will definitely be driving to Castle Hill where the staff are extremely friendly.
Disappointing as this is a fantastic gym itself.

This place has a kid friendly room and someone who is certified to take care of ur kids while u r in the gym for only 5 dollars/1.5 hrs.also they have packages for less than that!

Well maintained, nice large open space and good range of equipment. One of the better passport gyms in Sydney.

Pretty good - decent size with several rooms for classes including dedicated cycle class room. Steam room is good. Would help if pool next door was part of it.
