This is the Gym Where ZYZZ and Chestbrah worked out! This Should be a Tourist spot for fitness goers!

My gym instructor Nick impressed me with his caring attitude towards the senior members of our community. I have never felt better although I have been with the gym barely six months. My doctor certifies to my change of appearance and level of fitness. Would earnestly ask every senior to join the gym to gain a new lease on life.

Don’t usually leave reviews but i signed up to fitness first carlingford with Ryan and he was great, he answered all my questions and made my transition from my old gym to FF seamless.would give more stars but it’s unfortunately capped at 5

This Gym is getting worse day by day, and the manager only thinks to getting new members nothing else.

Pathetic customer service. Filed complaint of one very rude staff member named Claire, haven't heard back yet. Do not recommend this gym!

My wife has been trying to cancel membership for two months. They have taken out 6 extra payments they shouldn’t have. Multiple emails and phone calls and no action. I have had to block them from my bank but I will have to waste more time chasing a refund. I would not recommend fitness first based on this bad business behaviour and will be lodging a complaint.

A lovely gym and plenty of equipment.
Staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent.
Just be aware when trying to cancel your membership. This can not be done on site. They make you call Fitness First customer service to cancel. They purposely make it difficult and charge you an extra month.

My regular - one of the bigger and better-equipped gyms in the local area. Some really knowledgeable and committed personal trainers here too. Pool next door is handy, and I'm a big fan of the steam room after a workout (especially with this cold weather lately).
Have a good workout, steam, freezing cold shower (wakes you right up and good for your muscles), then downstairs for a coffee/lunch and your shopping. It all works!

To be honest the only reason that I am going to gym regularly after years is carlingford first fitness

Gym needs a bit of a clean and keep in mind during the out of hours times the AC is off with no fans or windows. Gets hot and stuffy.

Guys, please speak out for your benefit. We paid for it, and we deserve an excellent gym!

1. The equipments are very old. You cannot even see the weight marks on the machine. This gym is quite busy. There need to be more bars and pull-down tools for the cable station. Imagine there are around 10 bar stations but only one for each type of tool. You have to wait for someone else to finish every time.
2. The staff is not friendly at all—Priya, who gave me a terrible customer experience. Please get in touch with me for more details about what happened.
3. The bath area needs to have shelves or to hang to hold bags or clothes. You have to be naked first if you want to take a shower.
4. I like to go to my previous gym every day before. This gym cannot give me any workout motivation.
5. If the staff are fit and can train themselves well, it will give the customer a good example.

Suggestion: please upgrade your equipments-this is super important. I will only refer a friend to this gym if it is upgraded.
Please hire some good staff, not someone who is only money minded. Money comes with good service. We pay for what we get!

ABSOLUTE JOKE, staff gives no attention about you, equipment is somewhat good, but the payment is absolutely ridiculous as they randomly charge you $10 out of nowhere when you’ve already paid for the week that day so total for me was $32 a week when it’s meant to be $22 a week

This gym is a very bad gym my son and i have been going for about 6 months and the staff are very bad and last week one of the staff got into a fight with my 15 year old son and he had to go hospital very dangerous staff not a good gym to train at

Very bad experience in this gym… if you sign up for this gym, the trainer will ask you to move away from your equipment anytime, just because they want to do classes with their customers. And they will not tell you this when you sign up.

Very rude staff with bad attitude, and treat to call security if I just want to finish my training and not willing to move space for their classes.

I understand they wanna do their classes to earn money, but I also paid for the gym. Not a pleasant experience here at all! And when I asked for my right to do my normal workout, one of the staff claim that “Give you 25 dollar, You go to other gym”. Wow what an attitude to talk to customers…

Will report that to fair trading and their head office for sure.

Excellent service, everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I really do enjoy my time there, I’m getting good steady results. Thanks Zac, Joel and the team at Carlingford Court FF.

We used to be long term members for many years. After a break for a couple of years, they would not give us our old rates back.

Great Gym, extremely clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Manager is very polite and gets things done quickly. Enjoy training here a lot.

Good gym with big space. Went there on a weekend, expected the equipments to be packed, but it was spacious! Good experience.

Good gym and amazing PT! Highly recommend Francis as PT, he really motivates you during the session! I’ve been doing the session with him and I love it! One of the best personal trainer I ever had! ;)
