Daystar have looked after my property for 2 years now. Tara was our first property manager, followed by Sharon. Both of them have been really good property managers. They chose a great tenant for me who always pays rent on time & recently Sharon organised a new lease with a rent increase for me. The inspections are always done without me having to chase them up & I love that they send me photos so I can see the tenant keeps the property very tidy. Highly recommended!

Currently in one on their homes that is brand new, the house is already falling apart. They have promised to fix tiles, leaking showers, garage door (my Husband fixed this after 3 hours), toliet seats broken (husband fixed also), blinds falling (husband fixed), wardrobe doors come off, rails broken on balcony, no internet cable or phone line to get internet for 10 months. Next door had the same issue and left as soon as their 6 month lease ran up, due to them also having issues.

They do not send someone to fix, they send the landlord and nothing happends.

Both are lovely to deal with. Always willing to help, listen, cheerful, positive and guiding us.

Melanie Poole came in and rescued the tenancy of our investment property! We haven't had a single problem with First National Real Estate or our home in the last 3+ years we had stayed there. Melanie Poole is the worst Property Manager I have ever dealt with. She is extremely rude when things need fixing and is generally very hard to deal with

DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY! One of the worst agencies I have ever dealt with especially Saja El-Adib the property manager. I left the property in a great condition, but as soon as she found out I was going overseas, she stole my bond and would not return it. She is very disrespectful and doesn't understand the legislation/ rules of the tenancy agreement. I still haven't received the bond. A very disgusting agency in Australia. I do not recommend anyone dealing with them
