My Daughter purchased this Padstow unit, through Daystar, some thirteen years ago so, when she decided to rent it out, she decided to use Daystar again. Melanie, and her team, found good tenants for us and we have found Rachell, who handles the day to day management of the property to be excellent. She always keeps us well informed with what is happening with the property and provides regular email statements and updates. Rachell is very approachable and when we need to discuss any matter with her, she is always prompt in calling back and resolving any issues we may have, she is a pleasure to deal with.

I have had nothing but THE BEST service since I changed management of my property to Daystar Real estate.

Twelve months ago we found it necessary to rent our family home in Sydney. Choosing a Real Estate Property Manager was stressful as we had had some bad experiences in the past. We were fortunate to have Mel Poole of Daystar Real Estate Revesby recommended to us, She proved to be totally Professional and her knowledge of property management is second to none. Worst experience ever. When we leased the house in 2016 they were all nice and professional but as soon as we gave notice in 2018, they didn't want to refund our money as we were still 2weeks ahead with our rent repayments.
We were $1040 in advance. They gave all kind of excuses saying that the $1040 would cover cleaning, mowing. We are foreigners and we were still sort of new in Australia.they made it seem like this is the normal procedure.

It's only now after dealing with other real estate agents who've been super amazing that we've realised how much they ripped us off.

This was back in 2018 and i still have nightmares when i remember how i begged them to not charge me that much.had i known i should have gone to ombudsman.

The team at Daystar have been managing my rental property at Picnic Point since 2016. In that time I have always felt that the service I’ve received has been exceptional. Special mention to Nada Hallani and Melanie Poole. I can’t recommend these two highly enough. From finding ideal tenants to always being diligent with inspections, their management skills are spot on.

They are the best real estate agents I have come across, especially Sharon Zhou, who is in charge of property management. I am very satisfied with her work. When there is a problem in the apartment I live in, she will respond as soon as possible. She will ask questions, negotiate with the landlord and the repair department to find a solution, notify me of the time to solve the problem, and ask me about the handling of the problem after the repair. When the problem is not solved satisfactorily, she will contact the repair department again until the problem is finally solved. When she deals with problems, she communicates with me in a timely and clear manner at every step. I was lucky enough to meet her.

Amazing management process. Professional, concise, compassionate & reassurance. Highly recommended. I would not dare to say the best around.

We moved in the property a year ago and the is very dirty when we advised the agent their response was leave the way you got so we have used the oven for the whole time we lived here also there is dish washer that doesn't work and the floor tiles all cracked and loose toilet pan but the agent dosen't want to know I've paid my rent every week but I'm told I'm arrears go figure what is there problem
