Melanie was really approachable, gave me her time to discuss in details how I best market my property. Melanie was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her services to landlords as well as tenants.

Mirna, who helped us in the initial stages when we were applying for a rental and Taryn our property manager who went out of her way to help me when I accidentally locked me and my daughter out of the house, she was at the house to let us in within minutes, and ensured we were ok. Very personable and kind team.

So so impressed with this real estate. Anytime we have been into this office or required help of any sort, the staff have always been so welcoming and made sure we were looked after.
Our agent is Rachell Farley and as someone who has had dealings with Real Estate Agents for a fair while, I can honestly say Rachell is amazing and the best I have ever dealt with. She is a complete professional but also genuinely cares for her clients while going above and beyond for their needs. She has been our agent through lockdown periods, through societal stress and also since life has somewhat settled both pre and post lockdowns. In each and every situation she has kept an incredible level of professionalism and care, she has helped us in so many ways and through so many situations, I honestly couldn't be more appreciative and grateful that she is our Real Estate Agent.

This company uses 2apply for rental applications. Do not use this portal for your own safety and well-being. It gathers an unnecessary level of information. That in the wrong hands could lead to identity theft and your life ruined as a result. Obviously from hacks like Optus and Medibank no level of security is safe. And obviously staff can be compromised as well regardless of police checks this means absolutely nothing.
Do not apply for a property using these 3rd party portals.
The realestate industry survived a long time without them it is unnecessary. The last I property I leased all personal information was sighted in person. It’s not hard! It was done that way for a long time. Without the need for this extremely dangerous portals.

Recently handed over management of our Revesby/Panania rental property to Daystar. Both Melanie and Taryn were very professional, communicated along the way and clarified any questions we had. Payments are followed up on and they are very prompt and structured in outlining expectations. We are very happy with our decision and would highly recommend this real estate agency to anyone in the area.
