57I should have checked the review before I have my vehicle serviced here. The engine oild was not replaced but they told me everything done. The photo is the blackish oil color half hour after service.
Booked a service, was told to come at 7am. Arrived on time - gates have been closed. Asked the staff member what time they open- was told 7.30, even though service hours on the front door saying 7.00-5.00, website saying 7.00-5.00 and person on the phone said 7.00. So, instead of taking my car, lady advised that she will tell her boss, that information needs to be updated and made me wait till 7.30
Do not use this place for a service for your car, the service i received was so poor.i had no choice as i was booked in for a service for a toyota recall.never again.

Worst dealership, the dealer principle is rude and acts hard over the phone, I went in to solve the issue and he melted like butter on a hot day, problem solved.never again, no idea on service and suffers from delusions that he is all that. Weak and full of himself
After changing your tyres will leave you with the baldest one as a spare. My tyres were given to the tyre shop across the road? What did feguson get in return?
Did my Toyota recall here. Staff were great very understanding.because I needed my car to drop off and pick up the kids from school they completed my service is less than 2 hours.
These guys are lovely, amazing customer service to kick it all off and despite warning me they had a tight schedual in the workshop, they managed to finish my car an hour and a half early as i requested an earlier pick up than scheduled when i dropped the car off. These guys are great!
Warning: Stay away, don’t buy a car from them.
-3 year warranty is a scam. You have to pay $840 per service every 6 months + wear and tear $$.
-This wasn’t mentioned by car salesmen. I was told it was FREE 3 year warranty.
-2-3k a year for 3 years! Their profit centre is the service centre.
-Took sent 2 texts to remind me of service at 6am!
-Booked online…said someone would call back in 24hrs…a week later I had to email/call 4 times.
-Service manager says it’s a good deal and everything is covered in service book. Except actually costs!
-Off to Dept.of Fair trading.
-Only bright spot was girl in customer service replied fast and was apologetic over the delays.
Have always had good service at this centre and they are qhite timely. But would like a car wash as part of the service as it has not been available the last 2 times. Apparently they are having trouble finding someone.
I previously would have given them 5 stars for vehicle servicing. However, I currently give them 3 stars. Why? At the last service of a 2010 Camry with approx 60000 km on the odometer, replacement of both ball joints were suggested. A separate independent & reliable garage who I asked to verify whether the ball joint replacements were necessary, found no defect, and signed off on an e-safety check. Draw your own conclusions!

Sometimes I wait for my car to be serviced and they have very comfy waiting area and good wi-fi. Staff have always been friendly.
Waited to long finally approached counter to see when car should be ready only to be told it had been ready over half an hour earlier. Good maybe for time wasters but was not happy
Fantastic service, 4th car bought from them now and the service department are a group of champions especially the welcome you receive on arrival, explanation of the service to be done, the time it will take and what to expect, the communication has improved out of this world from the first car purchase to now. Congrats team keep up the great work.
Terrible service, this place should get investigated by fair trading
They make sales call to you adding extra service you dont need and try to rip you off, if you argue with them, they give you the worst face you will encounter in your entire life

Once i asked them said to them that i feel you shouldnt do the additonal service for my car and their reply is 'your feeling is not my concern'
