Very unprofessional, they don’t know your car conditions, they just do one off business, they reminded me for next service (72 months) which is a major service but they did 78 months service instead (changing engine oil and filter) and charged me over $300. Are you telling me you don’t know my car service history? Never go there again!

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Fergusons Toyota for several years now, the service staff are friendly, professional & honest, I rely on them 100% to keep my 86 GTS in top condition & they have never let me down.

Went for a test drive of a CHR on a Thursday morning. Recieved a toll fine in the mail as I was a nominated driver of a red camry in a tunnel on a friday morning? I attend dialysis every friday with out fail so it wasn't me driving nor did I drive a red Camry

I think they don't even deserve one star as they will surcharge more than you expected, and while you do the same service at another garage, they told me no need to do any replacement of the parts. I will definitely not recommend this garage. You walk in, you wait for so long and you pay so much.

Drove over 2 hours to look at a used car for sale only to be very disappointed. Car in the photos looked great only to arrive and find very severe panel damage and rust. I had called prior to ask if there is anything I should know and nothing was mentioned. What a waste of time.

Bought a new Corrolla ZR for the office from Nick and could not be happier. Had to wait for it to be delivered but he kept me informed all the way always returned my calls and because of the delay went to the trouble of delivering the car to my office. Cant beat that old fashioned service like that. Highly recommended. Oh the car is pretty darn good too so many features and so smooth to drive. It even has an automatic handbrake!

I have now revised my rating to 1 from 5, i just discovered that my $50000 purchase has been in an accident and let me say i am less than happy, it is appalling to think that no conscience prevailed when on selling a car of this calibre. 110 point safety check! Bs and now i know why it wasn't certified.it has been painted on the passengers side faulty trim faulty chrome faulty paint just terrible. NEVER TRUST A CAR YARD GET AN INDEPENDENT BODY TO CHECK THE CAR, i now cannot live with this car and it is for sale it will be of a significant loss to me as i now have to be honest with the next buyer so they dont find out the hard way THANKS GUYS THANKS SAM you got me.

Don't go to the fergusons toyota better go other toyota service!

They are not professional awful service my camry under cover few screw missing the cover was half off after log book service
also i found out few scratches on the door
if you guys live nearby hurstville better go another toyota service

I have a qi wireless charging issue for 2018 toyota camry sx 2.5l so I had a service yesterday at Fergusons Toyota
when i came back to the store, they said there is no wireless charging issue.so I asked technician to show me.
Both technician (samsung s10) and my iphone 8 plus tested in not moving car and without phone case
Both of them don't work well
(it just only first few seconds works)
the funny technician said; he is not sure he can fix or not
Man! I bough new car not even less than 1 year and this is my first service!
They don't even check propely They are not professional
I can change engine oil and filter I can change myself.
Why I spent $195 plus 1% sur charge?
because customers need professional job.
They said they are going to order new part qi charging coil.after few hours
they called we can't order parts, toyota company need to investgate
Can't you believe it?
The most terrible service I've ever had at Fergusons Toyota.

Worst service experience! Deserves 0 star if possible! I booked for a log book service with should cost $485.70. After my husband dropped the car he told me it will be $500+. I immediately called and confirmed the price, and confirmed I only wanted the log book service. The lady who answered the call told me again it is $485.70. However when we went to pick up the car they charged $500+ and claimed that they did some extra check which we never asked for. If we don’t pay, they won’t return the car to us. This is completely robbery!

I recently make an appointment for a service, and no body telling me about service without any telling me they do major service the one which is I spoke to her she didn’t know how to speak with costumer and she is laying me

She’s customer service manners need upgrading, he is sexist by the way he spoke to me, he kept telling me off on another service that I meant to do on my own schedule. And his exact words, "You should have done it already when we told you to do it and not wait until now! " He doesn't know my circumstances and yet he speaks like I owe her

Ferguson, you just lost another customer!

Poor, rude customer service. After being harassed by Toyota for selling me a car with not one, but TWO recall issues (air bags and fuel tank) I thought I would kill two time inconveniences with one stone. My bad. Their tone (and yes, this refers to more than one service assistant) is condescending at best. Even when paying for a service post having the recall matters attended to, the staff treated me like they were doing me a favour by serving me. Really not cool. Will never return for service or purchases. Sydney City Toyota is further away to travel, but worth it for being treated with custom.

I purchased a beautiful clean Mazda 6 GT from Sam with the manager David's help. I got an excellent deal with quick and easy service as well as competitive in-house finance. Highly recommended!

Zero starts, the worst customer service ever, where customers are not valued at all and so rude way of dealing the customers, i felt completely ignored and disregarded by one of the sales person, though i was a regular customer and advertising word of mouth to my friends and relatives, i would never come for a car here again.
