Fantastic Furniture

My lounge chairs have a defect, I was in lockdown because of coronavrus, I'm now told they are not covered by warranty but I can't have them repaired as they are a deleted item. Not happy.

After making a purchase online and receiving notification that my product was available to collect my husband waited for more than half an hour in store to be told that our purchase had been sold to someone else and that we would have to wait for stock to come which would take 2 weeks before we could get our product and they would contact us to let us know when we could get our product. After waiting for three weeks my husband went into the store to see if the product had arrived to be told that the product had arrived days before and no one had bothered to contact us to let us know. Would not recommend online purchases with them.

Really happy with my warranty service - Had a bed frame that just would not stop squeaking so I contacted the store and they offered me an exchange straight away. Couldn't find a new frame I liked, so decided on a new matress and topper, the topper wasn't in stock so they shipped it from another store for me. Free delivery and pick up of the old bed frame. So easy and helpful

Service from staff member Jackie was exceptional. No pressure, just help and advice got her the sale.

You lose sales not keeping items in stock in these times its silly to lose sales for this reason the fact I cant just pick up a basic chair it takes 4 weeks to order has lost you 3 sales I may as well shop elsewhere for the lot and take it home same day as I shop

Last week I bought a flatpack study desk and opened today to find out desktop was damaged. They (manufacturers) had tried to fix it, however it was a dodgy fix. I already put it together and don't know what to do.

Jennifer from Warrawong store is so friendly and caring for customer, she knew what I wanted and made transaction answering all my questions.

Very happy with customer service and my new rug, will be back.

Have nothing but praise for the staff member who served me both days I went their. Was respectful when I dithered but remembered what I had done the day before was pleasant at all times.

Reason for my review is i have had bought fair bit of furniture at extremely discounted prices from this store and from Warwick farm nsw store. I still got some furniture. (I change my furniture every few years. Cause my kids like to use furniture as trampoline).

Also a shout out to the rest of the staff who are super friendly. I have dealt with Chris a couple of times and always chatty and friendly. She certainly makes a difference!

I was there for 20 minutes trying to get assistance before I gave up and left.bought online instead.with service like this it's no wonder why we are losing so many jobs

Good value products, can be difficult to get staff assistance due to high number of customers in shop.

BAD BAD BAD place customer service non existent they rather push you out the door than sell you the product. I was told by the male sales person that the tall boy storage I wanted to buy comes without drawers and that I have to buy the drawers separately. Just to get rid of me because he was busy on his computer and could not be bothered to serve me! But if you insist on buying something than you must give them your number and name so they can sell your details. When I asked but why do you need my details? The details guarantee that you are really the one who purchased the tall boy so we can replace it if it is broken. But wouldn't the receipt be enough as a proof of purchase? No it can be stolen. Stolen? The tall boy? Someone will come to my bedroom and steal my tall boy? And they will also steal my receipt to make sure they can take it back just to cash in? But what about my clothes in my tall boy are they going to take them too or will they take them out before they steal my tall boy? If there was a zero rate I'd rather give zero!

I and my family have bought quite alot of furniture from Grant and staff over the past 6 months. Every time i have been there the service, help and advice given has been great. I have never been pushed nor pounced on when i walk in the door just a smiling face and hello. 5 stars it is.

Very bad communication on online order and delivery. Customer service needs some TLC as they were very rude to me over the phone.
Delivery times promised 2-4 days it’s been over a week.
Not happy. And don’t think I’ll be considering buying from here again. It’s a shame because the products are good but service isn’t.

Service is very good and staff are friendly but the pickup area is very poor with a one way driveway that you have to back out of when you have collected your goods

Today saturday I was approached by and served with a smile and was pleasently surprised all my questions and service was completed professionally.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The showroom is easy to navigate with a great range to choose from and very well presented. I have no issue recommending products and my local Warrawong store. Will definitely be back for my next purchase.
