Bought a bed, mattresses, lounge, dining table and chairs, and some small items, TV cabinet. Great service. Very happy

Went to pick up an item just before close after driving 2.5 hours and they refused to even listen to me - awful customer service

Horrendous, terrible quality. Even if you think you’re getting good value or cheap at this place, do not waste your money. Shop elsewhere.
Order comes missing parts that you have to wait to be replaced - defeating the purpose of taking a day off to have it delivered on an agreed day so you can assemble it that day. The bed I received had a large chip on it which had been poorly patched up, and the foot of the legs the coating is starting to flake and chip off before I’ve even started assembling it.

This is my second time buying from here and both times have been a nightmare. I’ve now learned my lesson!

I purchased a Bobbi bunk bed for my kids from fantastic furniture in warrawong, it took 10+ phone calls to find out when the bed would finally be delivered as I was never updated or contacted, it just kept getting delayed over and over again, 6 months later and finally got the bed frame delivered only to find out that the frame itself was rusty and paint work scratched and damaged, so called the store in warrawong to have it replaced, which they did, only for them to replace it with yet another very rusted damaged bed frame. I am absolutely so frustrated and angry that this keeps happening, will be contacting the store tomorrow to demand for a refund and will not be shopping here again!

Great little store, but watch out for the pickup location, especially with a trailer. It's a tight reverse down 60m if you aren't experienced reversing a trailer it could be difficult.

Very pleasant outdoor area. Something for everyone. Views, walks, playgrounds, paddling, fishing, picnics, parking, amenities, café and nearby takeaway.

A strange type of customer service that I have not seen in this shop before. When I asked to replace the damaged box, they told me, "This is it, do you want this, yes or no? "

Not happy at all, when building my chair for the dinning table and it was bent outwards when everything was put together, this should not happen at all and it was my first time with the whole moving process especially at 23 years old getting my own stuff waste of my money.

Love this place. The items are reasonably priced and of good flat pack quality. Best lounge in the world. Jen was awesome.

Brought a new lounge before Xmas it ripped on the foot rest, im trying to get it replaced under warranty. Everytime i ring chasing it up i find a couple of the staff rude and not very helpful their always going to ring me back but no im always chasing them. It will be the last thing i ever buy from Fantastic Furniture Warrawong

Yeah, not so fantastic. Some furniture has a huge delay in actually arriving at your house. Found this out the hard way. Got wrong lounge in right fabric.meh.first world problems.

Ordered online with in store pickup. Pickup was quick and easy. Bookcases look FANTASTIC with my pop vinyls and statues

I absolutely love this place, great customer service everytime.

my carpet was also not to fluffy as in store very ruff took lots of cleaning to get the pooo stains out

Sometimes hard to get staff attention. Staff are friendly when approached. Staff are helpful and are happy to assist when asked.

Super helpful staff. Had a manufacturing issue with a product and staff sorted it to satisfaction straight away.

Currently sitting on a lounge in your store wanting to buy it less than 20 metres away from the 3 staffmembers talking behind the counter been gere for 20 minutes.no wonder retail is dead

Fantastic Furniture Warrawong - shame on you. I purchased furniture but could only take part of it as the desk was not in stock.was told it would be in stock in 2 weeks. 8 telephone calls later over 3-4 weeks, having left messages to return my call with several people, I ascertain today that part of my order is no longer in manufacture. DON'T YOU THINK THE STORE WOULD CALL customers who had those items on back order! Am over this store entirely. I returned a product for which I had been given the wrong screws and cancelled the remaining order. Even the cancellation was a carry-on. Seemingly Fantastic Furniture do not have a store manager who will take calls. As I stood awaiting finalisation of my cancellation, a couple left the store also unhappy about delayed delivery promises. Note to self when buying from other stores.if I can't buy something and stick it in my car, then I'm not buying it.
