Fantastic Furniture reviews
61I wanted to give a mention to the store manager Kris. I had to bring back a faulty product and he made the process seamless and simple. You would not receive better service or communication anywhere!
Wonderful customer service at Warrawong from Daniel. He was so very helpful and knowledgeable and he guided his advice with regard to our particular circumstances. He went out of his way to make sure we were very happy with our purchases and gave us some great ideas for future home improvements. Thankyou Daniel, it is rare these days to find someone who obviously loves his work as much as you do. He's definitely an asset to Warrawong Fantastic Furniture.
It's pretty good as far as pre fab funiture goes, it also has after pay, which is great.
Store staff very pleasant and helpful they get 5 stars. Attitude from delivery drivers and loading dock staff consistently let this business down.
Purchased a dining set today served by Mel, what a legend! Helpful & gave loads of chair options with tables…!
Outstanding service from Kris, he really goes above and beyond for his customers and truly is an asset to your company. The entire team were polite, helpful and wonderful staff to have in a store.
We cannot thank Kris enough for his patience. I came back and forth as we were deciding which lounge was the right lounge for us, and then all his help in adding on the little bits and pieces of furniture we needed to finish off the kids rooms was just wonderful. I know who I’ll be looking for anytime I return to Fantastic Furniture

Took ages for them to want to make a sale and even realise we wanted assistance (wasn't busy) and then she came across abit rude.
Awesome. Helpful, polite and understanding. Shout out to Mel at Warrawong for her compassion, patience and help. She made it so easy.
Thanks heaps guys
Great range of good value furniture. Have a few things from them which have lasted a while and several house moves.
Went it picked out 7 things we were after, staff was incredibly helpful, everything was in stock and delivery was arranged and delivered as per the timeframes I was informed of. Well done to all the team. Quality of product was good and all went together as you would hope. Well done Fantastic furniture Warrawong.
Went in to buy a new mattress and the guy working informed me if it was purchased from here and hasn't been 10 years I can potentially get a new one through warranty, they have an absolute no BS warranty policy it was so quick and easy and I now have my new comfy mattress in a days turnover, staff are humans not robots as well everyone was kind and wanted to see my warranty get sorted
I went to warrawong fantastic furniture several months ago and bought a bed, mattress and desk both the mattress and desk are reasonable for the price I paid for them. The staff were friendly and helpful and have no issues with the service received.
However, the bed I bought is useless. The slats fall out literally every night. And it's not just one or two, it's most of the slats. No amount if duct tape or superglue will hold them in place. And trust me, I have used 2 whole rolls of duct tape and a bottle of superglue to hold them in place to no real effect. This makes it very hard to sleep. I have tried reaching out to the warranty team via email as I wont have an opportunity to call/ visit in store Iinthe next couple days.i haven't heard anything back despite reaching out 4 or 5 business days ago.
TLDR: staff and most of the furniture is fine, but wouldn't recommend buying a bed here. It's literally cheaper to get one second hand and those might work better.
Staff are rude on the phone when discussing a warranty matter, like it comes out of their pocket. Rather than listen to what I had to say the bloke just insisted on putting words in my mouth & assuming I had dropped the unit & broke it. When that’s not the case. Considering how much I have brought from there in the past years I will not be going back there again will also be deterring family & friends away from there. Absolute rubbish customer service
Prices are good for the quality and good variety. Delivery process and customer service was very good for these times. Shop there often
Furniture is generally good for the price. The past few times I have been in store, however, I have been ignored by all staff members. When I went in recently, about 4-5 staff members were all standing around the register area. There were about 6 customers in store and I did not see staff greet or offer help to a single one, including myself. Staff were discussing their KPIs and the fact that none of them were on target for the day. Maybe actually acknowledging customers and offering assistance would help that. At one point a female staff member answered the phone and then complained to the other staff about the customer when the call finished. I work in retail myself and don't expect staff to trip over themselves trying to help, but a simple greeting isn't hard.
More issues with the store sending mismatching/incorrect parts - the latest was a table that did not assemble at all as the base of the table was for a 6-seater and the table-top was 4-seat. Staff were incredibly unhelpful also.
Visited the store two times in 6 weeks. Both visits had a sign saying short staffed, but no sign saying hiring staff?
Annoyingly long waits, it's clear that they are underataffed. The floor staff seem overwhelmed. Definitely management need to fix.
The furniture is cheap for a reason. Poorly made and you will get sick of looking at it after a while. The bookshelves are very flimsy and will be easily damaged when you move. They usually have very limited stock and new stock takes several weeks to arrive
Purchased a pantry that got delivered in flat pack! I wasn't told about needing two people and tools to put it together.
On telephone call the manager was extremely disappointed with the staff member who didn't advise me and did apologize.
