F45 Leichhardt is a fantastic start to my day. The coaches are motivating and are able to tailor exercises easily to your ability and objectives. The team atmosphere and community we have at F45 Leichhardt is second to none and having been a member of more traditional gyms - this one is an essential part of my morning routine.

After years of doing various heavy weight sessions I needed a change. The F45 team provided exactly what I needed, I’ve improved my overall fitness and toned up. It’s been 3 years since I made the change and so thank you team. It’s great fun and hard work!

Welcoming, non-intimidating, friendly and helpful. As someone with no fitness experience whatsoever, the team has been very supportive. Having trained at a few F45's, Leichhardt definitely stands out. The gym floor is spacious, the studio is kept clean, the equipment is new & the trainers know their stuff.

I have trained at quite a few F45's over the years and this studio is by far the best. It is run so efficiently and the trainers are always engaging and pushing me to get the most out of my sessions. It is also really clean and the music is great!

Love these fun classes. The trainers certainly know which excercises target which muscles. Once I got to know the people in the class I had a sweaty fun time. Being 66 this year I thought I might feel excluded. So welcoming and engaging. Shani is such a caring sincere young woman, like the other trainers, I felt my well being and exercising was being monitored. Great family to be apart of. Thanks F45.

F45 Leichhardt has been the best thing my husband and I have done for ourselves. After the middle age spread was getting the better of us and feeling quite depressed about it, we joined F45 Leichhardt. The trainers are so friendly, knowledgeable and make training fun. I have gone from zero exercise to enjoying 5 days/week of F45 and even joining the Challenges. I’ve taken control of middle age and I am
now fit. I’ve never been able to say that before.
