F45 Training Leichhardt

I have been part of the Leichhardt F45 crew for almost two years and I have seen great results in my fitness and overall well being. The trainers bring their wealth of fitness knowledge to the studio and give great guidance with form and they certainly get a gold star for motivation.
Having now experienced the online version across two lock downs, I highly recommend joining Caitlin and Lauren for an intense zoom session. I am now in week seven of F45 online and I am feeling great!

Love the training, commitment and enthusiasm of the trainers in all situations (pre lockdown and in lockdown). Trainers provide multiple variations to exercises to cater for individual needs and push you to achieve your best. My day wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t go to F45.

The trainers at this gym are just amazing. From specialists in weights and body composition to pushing you in every cardio session to get the best out of you. The support and love from Petersham is beyond measurable.

FOMO - that’s what this gym creates and that is exactly what you need to get yourself out of bed and to class!

I love training at Leichhardt F45. I’m stronger, fitter and happier. All the trainers are so knowledgeable and helpful, I feel like they all genuinely care about my progress. If you decide to do the challenges they really help to make sustainable changes to your training and eating habits; what seemed difficult to achieve at first has become an everyday part to my routine. If anyone is considering doing the challenges or joining I would highly recommend it!

I love coming to the Leichhardt studio! I've been coming for I think over a year now and it's great! The team are all really friendly and always push you to be your absolute best.

After years and YEARS of not exercising I was nervous about joining, but from Day 1 the F45 Leichhardt team have been the most encouraging, uplifting and fun group of people to be around to kickstart my fitness drive!

I’ve recently completed their 6 week challenge and have committed to continuing afterwards as I enjoyed it so much!

They take the time to get to know you and although it sounds a bit cliche it really does feel like a family!

Who knew I would become addicted to getting up at 6am to go and exercise!

I’ve been training with the Leichhardt team for 3 months now and I’ve recently hurt my knee badly from everyday activities. I’m so impressed with how amazing the team has been with changing up the exercises for me. I’ve had a class where Johnny set up my own station which worked well and a weight resistance class with Shani where I was able to go to every station and she modified every exercise for me. So grateful that time has been taken out of their class to modify the training to suit people’s personal needs:)

After struggling to find enjoyment in working out for most of my life, I finally found my rhythm at F45 Leichhardt. I have been so impressed with the high quality and high energy of all the trainers, and how kind and supportive the entire community is. Absolutely love going to work out now and have found a wonderful group of gorgeous friends. A+

Great trainers, great owners, even better community of members! Kept us sane during lockdown with virtual classes and got us back into the studio safely after. Love the workouts as there is so much variety and it is all pre-programmed, there are people around you to keep you motivated and you never do the same thing two days in a row.

The BEST of The BEST! The trainers push you to achieve what you didn’t know your body could do! They are friendly, welcoming and supportive! They encourage you and keep your spirits up even during the toughest of workouts! It’s also a fun environment! Imagine working out and having fun at the same time! F45 Leichhardt is the place to be!

I have been a member of F45 Leichhardt for just over a year now and can truely say I LOVE it. I have been a member of other gyms in the past and never actually looked forward to going to a class as I do now. The team are really amazing, motivating and fun as are the other members who go there. It really does feel like a fit family. They push you when they need to and encourage you to give it your all. As a parent of 4 kids I have finally been able to give sometime to myself to focus on my health. In the latest challenge I was able to shift all those annoying covid kgs and I’m ready to keep smashing my goals. The classes are short enough that any busy person can fit them into their day and there is a great balance of ages, fitness levels and genders. Everyone is welcomed and you are working against your own goals. Can’t recommend F45 Leichhardt enough, do yourself a favour and get yourself down there!
