F45 Training Leichhardt

Joined F45 Leichhardt for a short period. I had a blast. Love the community + vibes. Highly recommend.

I have trained at F45 Leichhardt over the last few years & all of the trainers are excellent & there is a real sense of community & friendly atmosphere in the gym. I have trained at other F45 studios & this one has been by far my favourite!

I'm having a great time participating in F45's 45-day challenge. I've never been so dedicated to coming to the "gym, " and I eagerly anticipate each day's enjoyable and challenging session.
Each session is enjoyable, and I gain a lot of insight into how far I can push myself. The Leichhardt trainers are really fantastic. They really take the time to teach you the proper technique and how to make you perform at your peak. SUCH A VALUE!

There is no review I can write that would do F45 Leichhardt justice. It is so much more than a gym. If you're thinking about it, I can't recommend enough to go and try it out for yourself as soon as possible. It's a place that welcomes everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness path. There's no mirrors, no egos. Just friendly faces, incredibly supportive trainers, good vibes, good tunes. The classes are always different, always fun. I've been going since it opened its doors for our community in 2016 and have never attended a session I didn't love. You go at your own pace and the amazing trainers will meet you where you're at; they're all so knowledgable, so approachable, and so good at what they do. Give it a go!

F45 Leichhardt has the most amazing team of understanding coaches who help you set realistic targets, but also know how to push you to get the most out of your workouts.

It’s more than a gym; it’s a community of friendly, caring people who genuinely want to help other achieve their fitness goals.

For years I said “I don’t need a coach to help me achieve my goals”…. Turns out that I did! Because after several months of training I’m now fitter and healthier than I’ve been in over 5 years.

I have been going to F45 in leichardt for almost a year now, not only because I enjoy the structure (HIT) but because the trainers are both supportive and informative and the group training creates a great like-minded community focused on fitness and health. Having trainers just as interested and supportive of your goals adds value to the experience and has allowed me to keep coming back and be consistent on my fitness journey.

Top quality staff and a great community of people. A place that is not intimidating at all for first time gym goers.

One of the best studios that I have been too. Trainers in particular, Andy and Caitlin are very knowledgeable, staff are friendly and its an enjoyable environment to workout in.

LOVE, LOVE, Love F45 Leichhardt! I've never really found a true training routine until I started with this gym. They offer so many class time options and are really supportive in helping you achieve your goals. The music is lit and the classes are challenging yet fun at the same time. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great group training gym!

I joined F45 for the strength sessions and they are great. Sore but not sorry afterwards. The team try really hard to keep the sessions fun. The online zoom sessions are really good and with the recordings you can do them anytime. They were even kind enough to lend me some weights to take home. Awesome!

I have been attending classes via Zoom for the past 8 weeks. Although initially sceptical about this delivery method Caitlin and Lauren have made sure that the sessions are always high energy and fun. We are held to account and there has been a noticeable improvement in my overall health. I highly recommend joining!

Excellent gym in Leichhardt. I have been to their sister gym in Petersham which is equally as good! The weight loss from the people on the Challenges is amazing. Great music too!

The moment I turned up for my Welcome Induction to kick off my first 45 Day Challenge, I was overwhelmed by the friendly and professional team. Each day the program is diverse, and whether I’m training in the studio or over Zoom I’m still being motivated and supported. The best part of all of this, is that I’m seeing results.

The best workout in the inner west with an amazing, professional and motivating team. Even during lockdown the team creates varied workouts that leave your body burning yet strong. From fitness advice for all levels to meal plans and challenges. Highly recommend

I've been in the F45 system for almost a year now and really enjoy it. The past 7 weeks have been under the instruction of Caitlin and Lauren out of the Leichhardt studio. I'd like to thank the girls for always keeping us accountable and providing a constant mix of exercises along with varied routines. My strength and fitness is improving each week and the addiction to the classes is back!
