Risk training was excellent, engaging and fun. All of this despite being 100% online. Risk training can sometimes be dull and boring but this was anything but! Was a great 2 days and lifted people’s spirits in lockdown. Thank you!

Led by two amazing facilitators the 2 days risk virtual sessions were immersive in nature, that replicated substantial aspects of the real world in a fully interactive fashion.

We learned to mitigate ethical tensions and resolve practical dilemmas in the world of banking. The workshops were fantastic in bringing to life the interactions between a task, the environment, and the behavior of team members. A huge shout out to Keerthi and John for keeping us on our toes even though it was a virtual marathon.

This is the best training sessions on risk management I have attended. The simulations really brought the learning into focus by seeing the consequences of your decisions played out in real time, also a bit of healthy competition makes the experience much more engaging.

Really enjoyed the two day Leading Risk workshops. They were well delivered and engaging. The agenda and content was well thought through and executed.

The sessions really compelled you to think through difficult scenarios and really understand the pros and cons of each option taking into account impacts on customer, employee, and risk and compliance.

The real life examples really brought the sessions to life and the simulations encouraged participation and a safe space for everyone to provide their input and views.

Had a 2-day Leading Risk workshop with Excelerate. One of the best training I’ve attended. Trainers are very knowledgable and have imparted lots of valuable insights on a broad range of risk management topics - especially on non-financial risks. The banking simulation was a great way to experience the real challenges of running a bank. It emphasised the implications of decision making and the importance of making the decisions that count, to succeed in a highly competitive industry. It was also a good team-based activity. Would highly recommend this training!

I recently attended a two day training. The training was compelling, engaging and very well balanced. Unlike other trainings, this one provided the ability to apply the learnings practically in a safe environment through a simulation engine and refine them over the two day period. The facilitators were very experienced, and constructively challenged all delivering a rewarding experience - I would highly recommend!

Thanks for delivering such an engaging Banking 101 session. I had no financial knowledge whatsoever going into the session, so I was a bit nervous about how intimidating it would all be. That definitely wasn't the case - I learned so much and it was all very digestible. Great course presented by Erik and John. As former bankers themselves, they knew how to tailor a course that is fit for purpose. The interactive simulator was also a bonus to help with the virtual 2 day course. Recommended for companies that want to drive critical thinking when making business decisions.
