KP and the team at Excelerate Consulting held a two day interactive workshop that explored and assessed the subject of risk in the commercial setting. Despite the often considered ‘dry’ topic, KP and the team put together fun and gamified learning experience. I went from dreading the two day course, to excited for the next day in the first hour…. In my years of doing compulsory learning as part of regulatory requirement, this was by far the best piece of learning I’ve done. It’s interactive, thought provoking and delivers real insights in my conscious and unconscious bias. Ultimately doing it’s job, getting me to think of the commercial implications outside of my day to day bubble. Thank you, you did a great job hosting this workshop.

This program provides a fun yet challenging insite to the various risks and the business decisions required to manage those risks within the banking sector. It was intensely interactive, thought provking and competitive.
