I have recently been through 2 days of Risk training with Erik & John from Excelerate Consulting which was excellent. The course really focused on driving and delivering hints and tips for managing risk for an organisation overall. They also run a simulation on running and bank which I thought was incredible! Would highly recommend using Excelerate Consulting for your training needs!

Two days in a virtual risk workshop? Sounds challenging right? May even sound boring to some. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish with professional, highly engaging facilitation, humour and banter, practical insights and different viewpoints. Excelerate Consulting brought the theory to life - I learnt, I was challenged, I was supportive, I’ve grown. Thank you for two great days of challenge, learning, empowerment and personal growth.

The experience was both informative and exciting. The learning gained is key and the simulation is unique in its offering which serves as great platform to cement Risk, Governance, Organisational strategy and decision making. The facilitators are excellent, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I strongly recommend this course for anyone interested in learning about Risk Management.

Had a 2 day training course organised through work. Most of the time I dread these multi day workshops as a distraction from the day to day workload, but the course by Excelerate Consulting was insightful and engaging from start to finish, delivered via an interactive and educational package which clearly demonstrated a thorough understanding of the organisation's needs regarding the training subject.

Excellent risk leadership program facilitated by Keerthi over two days who kept a keen pace and engagement over two days. Incorporating the bank simulation game amongst participants provided a terrific learning experience especially around responsible decision making to achieve sustainable outcomes within the current industry context and focus.

I recently undertook a two day virtual workshop with excelerate consulting for Westpac on leading risk. This workshop was hands down the best workshop that I've attended in over 13 years for the Westpac group - ULTRA engaging, the facilitators energy and engagement with each other was infectious, the knowledge imparting was second to none, any tech issues were dealt with seamlessly to rectify and most importantly, the messaging and take outs landed very well - especially on a topic like risk! Its certainly not an easy feat having such a large group of people highly interacting virtually but the absolutely was a success! 100 % five out of five stars

Keerthi and the team were excellent facilitators. They ran a two day workshop on risk for us. I was expecting it to be a little dry, however was pleasantly surprised by how diverse and engaging the content was, as well as how sophisticated the simulations were. I really enjoyed the sessions and took a lot away from it. Thanks to the team!

KP and James were so professional during a 2 day interactive workshop. The bank simulation was very engaging and made it easy to understand complex financial and non financial risk situations. The training was so well tailored I thought it was internally produced.

The training I participated it was a holistic view of risk combining theoretical knowledge and practical application in a hands-on setting.

I attended a two day session on risk management. Although COVID required it was a virtual session the facilitators were able to inject energy and engagement into what could have been a dry event. They were highly knowledgeable and took care to include everyone in debates and engaged learning. Five stars from me!

Summary - excellent, interactive training delivered well

I attended a workshop ran by Exelerate Consulting at my current place of work. I was impressed by the following:

- Daniel and Erik, the presenters, were knowledgeable, engaging, and encouraged participation in the group. Participation was encouraged gently, nudging the quieter folks in the group to speak up and showing that all contributions were valuable.

- The course was spot on in terms of content and engagement. The reinforcement of the idea of accountability as something an individual takes, an important hallmark of a good culture, was important and relevant.

- The course was interactive - this interactivity was engaging and drove everyone attending the course to be engaged and into the content. The interactive element shone a light on making difficult decisions, trade offs, and the existence of risk in every decision.

Overall, worthwhile, well timed and effective training.

We had a 2 day course on risk fundamentals with excelerate. It was very engaging, the content was relevant and the facilitators were fantastic.

Recently took part in a two-day training risk management training course via WebEx hosted by Dan and Erik. I initially thought it would be difficult to stay focused due to the course being delivered virtually. However, the hosts were so engaging and made what is ordinarily a dry subject very interesting. I highly recommend Excelerate Consulting to deliver any training topic!

This was hands down the best training workshop I've ever attended. This should be how all training is delivered - the use of an engaging simulation with a side of healthy competition as you battle it out to be the most successful team in the group really helped to drill in those pertinent concepts that would otherwise be forgotten if delivered in a more traditional lecture style setting. This was really enjoyable as a participant! Thanks team.

Exceptional workshop from Excelerate Consulting on Leading Risk last week, highly interactive. I am usually quite bored during Risk trainings due to the number of slides, but these sessions were highly engaging and I enjoyed both the content and the delivery. Thank you for the great experience.
