Had a lovely facial and pedicure with Natasha, first time at the Rozelle endota and will be back. So relaxing I fell asleep. Also very accomodating to swap out the standard face mask with another one on my request, which was much appreciated.

I have a wonderful experience with my treatment and Jay was amazing. The atmosphere in the spa was very relaxing and I walked out feeling most refreshed. Would recommend (and have) to anyone who needs some me time in their busy life!

I had a wonderful therapist Laura. As a first time mother to a baby, self care seems like a luxury so this 1 hour session was just heavenly! I was lucky to also be able to book the special offer so I felt it was value for money. I also like the question about how much conversation I would prefer during the session and pleased Laura respectfully kept to it. I have already recommended my husband to go and will recommend your spa to my mother's group.

Such a lovely day spa! The receptionist are a so nice and I had the most divine massage from Edna. I walked in feeling run down and emotional but I left feeling invigorated and ready for a big week ahead.

I have been going to Endota Spa Rozelle for the past 5+ years and the experience has never been less than wonderful. The staff there are friendly, professional and so attentive. I always feel relaxed, centred and refreshed afterwards.

It’s nice to get pampered & my feet have been so sore with plantar fasciitis for so long that to have a pedicure was wonderful!

I had a very softly spoken Japanese therapist. It was the most relaxing facial I've had since covid. I felt rested afterwards. Exactly what I needed today

My sister and I booked in for a one hour organic relaxation massage. I normally have a remedial massage but I have also had the relaxation massage. Sadly my therapist seemed inexperienced and not up to the regular endota standard. She was using one finger at a time up and down my arms and legs. She didn’t massage my neck at all which was my problem area and we even discussed this at the consult. I asked her twice to adjust her pressure and she did not change it at all. When I rolled over she asked if I wanted something for my head which is said yes but instead of the usual pillow she scrunched up a towel and shoved it under my head. It was not relaxing at all, it was actually very frustrating. She started massaging my head but spent more time brushing my hair with her fingers. It was the worst massage I’ve had. I let the gentlemen know at the counter but still had to pay for it as he needed a manager to call me to “sort something out”.
My sister had a lovely experience. Complete opposite to mine and the usual endota standard.
Sadly the manager didn’t call but instead made one of their staff members call me. The manager concluded that I could have a voucher for a 30 minute relaxation massage because she wasn’t a remedial trained therapist just a beauty therapist and had followed the protocol well. He said that my previous therapists must have set a standard that wasn’t protocol so my expectation was basically wrong and said as others had had a wonderful experience with this therapist (that has only worked there for a week I might add) that basically my experience was void. Very disappointing that the manager himself didn’t call me. Very disappointing that as others had a good experience my bad experience can’t be valid and why should they worry about other peoples experience when mine was the problem. Very disappointing that endota didn’t offer a voucher for a one hour massage as they have now lost a loyal customer. The manager needs some guidance on how to deal with customer feedback. I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for my experience.

Repeat customer at Endota and this was the first time I’d had a male therapist. He was terrific. Right pressure, not too much talking, made me feel incredibly relaxed.

A wonderful experience. My Rejuvenate 120 package did just that! A peaceful environment with lovely staff and great treatments. This was my second visit and I'll definitely be back again.

Laura was amazing. I have had the rejuvenation package many times at different Endota Spas and this was by far one of the most relaxing experiences to date. Loved every minute of it and cant wait to book again soon.

I have had three sessions from this spa since August last year and absolutely recommend this Spa. I have bought products as well to compliment my therapies and thoroughly enjoyed using the products regularly including a very soothing tea.

From the time I walked in, until the time I left the experience was truly AMAZING!
Jamie at the front desk was welcoming and offered me tea as I was filling in a questionnaire and Laura the therapist was OUTSTANDING!

After reading many reviews and being unsure of what type of experience I’d get here at endota spa, I was quite happy with the service! The front desk lady wasn’t as lively as I’d thought, however I was offered some tea and water whilst waiting for my appt time. My clinician was Claudia- would highly recommend! It was THE best massage and facial I’ve had by far. A little pricey but worth it if you need a little “vacation”

Absolutely amazing experience at Endota Spa. All of the masseuses are incredibly skilled and accommodating, and provide invaluable tips for your body. Highly recommended!

Had a custom massage with Magdalena her technique is terrific help to loosen my knot and release tension. I have regular massage every month now I found my favourite therapist will come back more often, great atmosphere and staff so friendly and professional.
