The lady that messaged me was very awkward and the message was very average… she seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and hands down the worst message I’ve ever had!
I’d asked for firm it was not firm at all and on the way out no one asked me how my message was… will not be going back. Not worth 160$ at all! All in all not a pleasant experience.

Maria was absolutely exceptional. I was beyond impressed and pleased with a facial and subsequent recommendations - what an incredible person you have working with your team!

Laura is an absolute gem, she is an amazing therapist. I have booked a 5 part series with her as my chosen therapist and I just wanted to commend her on her outstanding work. She is always friendly, attentive, professional and holistic. I have been to quite a few masseuses over the years but the work Laura does is second to none. She just knows EXACTLY which muscles need working and her healing hands are heavenly.
I always enjoy visiting Endota spa Rozelle as I am greeted by the lovely Daniel! He is warm, welcoming, funny! I leave with tears in my eyes from laughter. Such great customer service! Thank you guys for the environment and service you provide.

From the minute you enter the front door and are greeted by the warm welcoming Receptionist to the final wave goodbye - you are treated with care.

What can I say about my beautiful Therapist Laura that would do justice to her skill and warmth - she was absolutely amazing! From her Angelic hands to her incredible knowledge. She listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my wishes.

This was my introduction to Endota - it was my Gorgeous son who gave me a Gift Voucher - I have told all my friends about Endota and will be definitely coming back!

I was given a two hour treatment as a gift from my daughter and was so impressed with every aspect of the experience. From the start the welcome from the front desk was so warm and inviting that it puts you in great mind set as did the ambience of the decor. The girls were very professional and provided an excellent service. They were not pushy in selling any of the products post treatment; this was indeed a breath of fresh air and highlighted the emphasis of the treatment itself as I hate feeling pressured. My daughter and I floated back to the car! We will spread the word and look forward to return visits.

Had the Surrender Spa treatment today, and it was so relaxing, and exactly what was described in the brochure. Dee, the therapist was brilliant, warm and welcoming, enough communication to check in, but not over the top to distract from the treatment. Treatment was great, essential oils and hot stones melted stress, and pressure was spot on. Post relaxing room and tea a great touch to finish off this lovely experience. Highly recommend

There was a bit of a mix up with the booking on Endota's end and my appointment was delayed, but they made me very comfortable with some lovely lavender tea while I waited 30 minutes for my appointment.

I purchased the Revive treatment, which is a combination of a facial, pedicure, and massage. The whole experience was magical. The therapist customised the massage and worked on the areas of concern I'd specified in my form. I left feeling uplifted and relaxed.

There is a small parking lot around the corner from the location which gets busy during the day, but you might be able to snag a spot.

I've always been a fan of Endota Spa and lately I've been to Rozelle where the Surrender package feels amazing from head to toe. My therapist, Laura, made me feel so relaxed and nurtured and I'll continue to go back for more. I can't wait for my next round of pampering!

Why don’t you ever provide the full service time period? Why do the therapist always come after the start time to get you on the couch? And if you’re late, why do you finish right on time…. So you do know how clocks work.

My therapist was lovely - quiet so I could just enjoy my massage, and very gentle when they did my facial.

Laura’s service at Endota Spa, Rozelle is second to none! Exceptional work, professional and genuinely caring! All the staff at this Spa deserve 10/10! So happy to be your client for the past few years!

I’ve travelled to several countries and have experienced and reviewed several spas so far and yesterday was my first and worst experience with the Endota Spa! The receptionist who booked my treatment booked the incorrect one and the therapist Laura or the spa manager was not able to change it or customise it even after me informing them that this wasn’t what I had booked and I was totally misinformed about the treatment and my skin is not comfortable with it! She continued with the dry brushing which was too harsh and strong for my skin and left my entire body and skin bruised, sore and inflamed! I’ve done dry brushing before at other spas but endota spa has got it totally wrong and didn’t know the correct technique to do it. And even after going through so much pain the exfoliation my skin needed was totally ignored! My skin and the whole experience was traumatising! It was a complete waste of my money and time and specially damaging to my skin and body and mind. I work 7 days, have an insanely busy schedule, have very limited time for myself and I went there to relax and de-stress as that’s what spa is for! But on the contrary I was left completely frustrated, stressed, sore, traumatised and in pain! Utter waste of time and money and irreparable damage to the skin and body and mind.
