Worst customer experience ever. Will never be returning.paid for services and didn’t receive them. Have even started a case with NSW Fair Trading.

Great massage however paid for 90 mins, ended up with 70 mins max after all the intermediary steps, also didn’t love the commentary on my pregnant body (“oh for so late you’re carrying really high… is the baby engaged? ”… strange comment to make). Also Didn’t really appreciate the product upsell at the end of a >$200 service…

Such a shame as the massage itself was good. For a spa, it’s all the other things that matter.

Booked a massage for my partner for his birthday. Arrived early and he waited around only to be given the forms at the commencement of the booking. Massage was only for around 40-45 mins and was poor quality. I raised concerns about the length of service and received an email template like insincere response that did not acknowledge the feedback. Would not recommend.

I had a 2: 30pm appointment booked today. I unfortunately damaged my back the day prior and literally couldn’t move. I emailed that night saying I couldn’t make it and I’d need to reschedule, I rang at least 4 times first thing in the morning and I left a message - all attempts to contact them as soon as I could resulted in no reply. I was then advised I had to pay 50% as part of their cancellation policy. I asked them to make an exception given the above and was told no. I won’t be going here again and I won’t recommend them either. Terrible customer service.

I came in to be pampered and that’s exactly what I got. My therapist was very good and extremely polite. My whole experience was heavenly. Thank you very much

I loved my Endota treatment and the products that were used. My therapist, Laura, was very attuned to what I wanted and totally delivered. I left on a cloud!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Unfortunately, even though I'm local, I will never go back. The staff who work here are friendly enough, however the owner has no regard for her customers - it's all about about the money.
I was told by two staff onsite (with other customers present) that I could reschedule my appointment - did so and was soon penalised because I had 'broken their policy'. Explained what happened through several calls and emails, then eventually escalated to the owner because the manager's "hands were tied" and then - given no apology, while treated like I had done the wrong thing and had half my gift voucher wiped out along with my future appointment! I have heard I am one of many past customers who have had similar negative experiences at Endota Spa Rozelle. Go to Broadway or to an Endota Spa this owner does NOT own (good luck finding one.) or a completely different place and give your business and patronage where where you are cared for and respected.

I can highly recommend Endota Spa Rozelle - I have a remedial massage fortnightly with Laura - she is the most amazing masseuse in technique and is always friendly, considerate and interested to tailor the massage to how I am feeling in my body.

Going to Endota spa in Rozelle is an experience not just a massage. The customer service is wonderful, the atmosphere and environment is quiet, slows you down and relaxing. THE Massages are amazing. Its like your literally pausing time, that's why i love going there for a massage or treatment. The cherry on top is it's consistent everytime I'm booked in.

I booked in for a pregnancy pause treatment - which I’ve had before at their Four Seasons location. Despite showing the areas I was needing massaged, not only were they not addressed, but I ended up having 80% of the appointment on a facial that was smeared into my hair and left me feeling tangled, greasy and gross. Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this treatment at this location.

The massage here was out of this world! Would recommend. Very calming and relaxing place from the bustle of Sydney life.

Had the most wonderful massage with the entire experience hitting the spot from welcome, to delicious tea, warm room and bed, beautiful smells, calming ambience and the BEST whole body massage. I'll be back!

Don’t buy Endota products as a gift, if you do ensure before hand that it’s ok for the persons skin. I got the organic hydration mask for my birthday and it caused my skin to burn red like a sunburn so I called the Balmain spa and they said they can exchange it and that it’s fine I didn’t have a receipt. I get there and they take 20mins to tell me they have to keep the product to investigate- what I have no idea- it was so frustrating as I made the trip with my baby ONLY because they said they would be happy to exchange. They also said the sunburn skin was a common complaint with this product due to the essential oils they use? !

I did the rejuvenate (2h) treatment and Yuan (therapist) was really excellent. I’ll surely go back.

Store Manager was wonderful and helped accommodate my needs and made the experience much more comfortable for me. Therapist was lovely and thoughtful with her recommendations. Facilities are great and will definitely come back to Endota and Rozelle in particular. Very grateful and appreciative.
