Worst customer service ever, I came and had a look at a car which I am interested in and wanted to do a Test Drive to compare with another car im interested in (standard practice) - The guy who first assisted me was good and even the finance lady was good when the manager came, they wouldnt let me test drive the car - they said if you test drive it after you drive you can you put a $1000 deposit on it? - Like they would only let me test drive the car if i said yes ill buy it after the test drive. The Manager who was on 23/10/21 was very disrespectful and treated us very badly with discrimination as If we couldn't afford the car we wanted to test drive.

I Bought a car last week. It was very smooth and easily done by team Easyauto123. Due to covid I was unable to go physically. But Mr Jason showed me the car on video and also explained everything. Jason was always available to answer my questions. Team easyauto123 deliver the car at my door for free. Car was washed and fully tanked. Cant say enough thanks to Jason and easyauto123. Definitely gona come back in future.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Peter was an absolute dream to deal with. He wasn’t pushy and gave me plenty of options and was always calm and patient. On the day of collecting the car, the process was made really easy and they went out of their way to assist me with an interstate vehicle permit.
