I was looking a car for my use. I checked gumtree car sales add. Finally I got my car. It was cheaper than any other car. When I came to see and test drive at easy auto 123 castle Hill. I was impressed their terms and condition and be heavier specially Muhaseen boss and my brother heider. I just checked the car from outside. It’s nice. Their warranty was good that’s why I didn’t do the test drive and I paid the all money. That day I couldn’t pick up the car because I had a car with me. Next day they called me pick up the car. I drove 1 hour there and 1 hour back home to go view a car that when I arrived wasn’t even on the lot “someone had loaned it”! Absolute rubbish organisation and management. Stay away and save yourself the headaches. I wouldn’t even given them 1 star, but there was no option for a minus rating.

Didnt return calls as promised. Allowed me to place a deposit on a car that was already sold. Would you trust a company that takes your money for something they've already profited from. I wouldnt use this dealer for anything but the bad example they are to the used auto industry.

Edit: many hours have passed, still no-one returning phone calls, still no refund of deposit. Pretty sure that's fraud by deception.

2nd Edit: days have now passed, still no refund. The incompetant staff have decided to blame computer systems and long weekends.the rude and ignorant manager decided talking over the top of you is acceptable customer service. It's nothing but lies and lame excuses.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Sent an online enquiry for a Ute they have advertised, got a call back within 5 minutes although being at work I had missed the call. I have been trying to contact the dealership for the last several days both on the mobile number provided and the dealership number and have had no luck nor any response from them.

Had a very good experience from start to finish, the dealer wasn’t pushy and very patient with me to sort out the right car for me. Finance team has been absolutely brilliant and they are a hard working bunch! Be sure to give these guys a chance for your next purchase! The minute we walked in, we were greeted with big smiles and plenty of help amd assistance with everything we asked about and needed help with. I would especially like to thank Hayden who made the experience easy and straightforward from the start.it was a nice experience especially for someone who didn't know a lot about cars. Great experience buying my car from easyauto123. My salesman Nathan was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble and no hard sell. The dealership showroom is nice looks more like a new car showroom and all the cars seem to be newer and lower kms than some other car yards. The only downside was waiting for the paperwork to be prepared but I'm looking forward to the day when that's not required and you can just click the 'buy it now' button.

I took it back two days later and asked for a refund, I thought this was going to be really painful, but is was really easy, we filled out the forms, and the money was back in my account two days later. My husband just drove from Canberra to purchase a vehicle that this business had advertised for a few weeks. He spoke to the Peter (salesperson) during the week and organised to have cash to pay for the car today. When he got there this morning, after a three hour drive, the car WAS NOT READY FOR SALE as it had not been checked out by their workshop. They made no effort to suggest getting it to Canberra, frankly they couldn't care less if they made the sale or not. If we want the car another six hour round trip is required. Obviously, they can put the car where ever they can fit it, we would not be doing business here for any reason and I am keen to let other potential customers know the truth. Pathetic, don't bother with them, there are many car yards in the area, and any one of them would be a better option than this place. If you want any customer service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
