I am reviewing the castle hill branch. And the sales person was Nathan. When taking money for the car I bought off them.they followed up and got their money. When they had to submit the notice of disposal to service NSW I followed up, followed up, and kept on following upto no avail. At the end of the day I paid $126 fine for going over the 14 day period! Uncouth and unprofessional!

It took me a few weeks but I’ve finally sat down to write an appreciation post for the wonderful young man Patrick who helped me out when I came by looking to upgrade my car. Although the dealership didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, Patrick was extremely helpful and patient with trying to find an alternative. As I am extremely particular, I didn’t end up settling for any of the fantastic alternatives Patrick pointed out but I am content knowing that he has my details and will let me know if (and when!) my dream car comes available. Went into Easy Auto 123 to test drive a vehicle and had the delight of meeting and working with Alex.
