Eastgardens Medical Centre

The worst medical centre, won’t recommend to any one. Had a booking but I was there for 45minutes! And at the end I had to cancel my appointment! What a waste!

Very bad service. This is the HELL, but a medical centre.
I came to the doctor on the second of January 2018. I know it could be very busy. I made an appointment at 11: 15am. However, I had been waited more than one hour. Dr. A. Gopinath met some new visitors they could be made appointment at 12pm and 1pm much later than my 11: 15am appointment. They just jump in front of me for no reasons. My appointment just delay for no reason. The receptionist just keep saying it’s busy for just only two doctors.
Waste of my whole day because of this horrible medical centre.
I am not happy about people jump the queue. I can wait for 1 hour or 2 hours, but every one has to according to the rule. And I’m not happy to pay $70 for this hell medical centre. It only wealth $1. I just went to see the doctor for about 1 minute, it costs $70 with very bad attitude and service. THIS IS HELL

We consulted Dr. Gopinath twice till now, once with appointment and once during walk-in hours. He is an amazing experienced person and a great doctor. Very calm and friendly.
Another time we consulted Dr. Yung, he too seemed patient and supportive.

This centre is a joke, and today was the last straw, wanted to charge me $70 to see a dr claiming that I haven't been to the centre since 2011 which is incorrect as I was there in December, I only needed a script for antibiotics for an impacted wisdom tooth.
I took my son a few weeks ago, waited for an hour and a half to see a dr who then took 3 PERSONAL CALLS, while my son sat there with a 39 degree temp.
I find the whole centre wholly incompetent.

They don't bulk bill and you will have to pay $70 for the consultation every time. You can get $35 refund from the medicare when you go there and claim. Not happy!

Staff at reception were friendly, however I could not say the same about Dr Patwardhan. He was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Will not go there ever again.

A bulk billing medical centre that runs smoothly.

The reception staff are authoritarians that have lost their smiles and customer service. There are multiple doctors the ones I have used were all good. I personally have my favourite so ask for him by name. The wait time is fairly good, I have never waited more than 30 minutes.

Chemists are close by in the mall to fill your scripts.
