This medical centre is the worst one I have ever visited. The front desk staff are often in bad mood and don't seem to have customer service training. I wish that I recorded their rudeness in an audiovisual format however, you only need to be the patient to know that.

The doctors tend to rush patients without giving a proper consultation, examination and assessment. I wonder if a quality survey can be done on this clinic to find out how the patients are mistreated and their claims, conditions and self reported symptoms are ignored. One of the doctors never takes any appointment and rushed 30 patients within the morning session and refused to keep on the consultation after 5 minutes. His reasons were I went through 30 patients in the morning without eating and you need to come to another time for other problems you have.

Recently I tried to make an appointment to have a covid-19 vaccination done there as I live very close to the clinic. A front staff told me reputedly as 'we have hundreds of these appointments and you will wait for 1 month or more'. After I asked how many shots could be done in a day as I was not convinced by what she told me, she became agitated and abruptly said "we don't know and no one knows here" and hanged up the phone. I wonder who gives her the right to talk to a customer in such manner.

I am seeking a way of complaining it to the government medical authority to investigate this clinic.

Drs are good, shame the ignorant and pathetic receptionist think they are gods gift.
Been going to this place for over 30 years and sad to say I will never go back.

OMG I thought I was the only one with terrible experience with this clinic. I hate going here! Rude customer service. They keep you waiting for ages. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because two of the female doctors actually treated me nicely. The male doctor (Indian I think) is condascending and he thinks he’s God’s gift to that clinic. I went to him for a blood test, he did not make eye contact ONCE, jammed the needle without warning, and told me to go. That whole appt was just weird. Never again! I’m looking for a new clinic if anyone has suggestions of any in the area.

Lmao the receptionist are so incredibly rude. The usual wait time for my family doctor is very long and bcus of the tight schedule i had on a day i asked to see another doctor. Waited an hour just for them to tell me the doctor doesn't want to see me, which was great:)

I have had problems with the staff here in the past stalking me so today I went to get my prescription for my usual medication and I made up having something else just so see if it was going to be publicly exposed and it was. The staff need to grow up and stop harassing their patients

Don't bother making a pre-booked appointment as the Blonde Reception won't do her job to ensure you go in on time. She will also blame you for the reason you haven't gone in for your pre-booked appointment. As she tried to make out we were late. Yet I walked into the medical centre behind the doctor I had the appointment with. What's worse is this appointment was for a 9mth child who was there for a follow-up appointment after spending a day in hospital.

They agreed to see my two sick children on very short notice. Dr Un was very good at making sure they weren't scared and gave good advice. Reception team were also friendly and helpful.

The rudest receptionists you can come across. I wasn’t able to get the names of the receptionists who were working today 10/01/2020 as I rushed out disgusted with the service I received. They have no idea what customer service means and every interaction with them has been horrendous. They should not be working in a workplace dealing with people if they can’t even manage to interact with basic manners, politeness and respect!

Showing my appreciation to Dr Yung who has been my family doctor since I was a little girl. He is knowledgeable and just a lovely, caring person. The only thing is, he is simply too popular with his loyal patients and this means we have to line up in early in the morning before the doors are even open to get a spot in the queue. I feel sorry for him having to deal with all these frustrated patients. It must be so stressful! I just wish the staff he works with are more patient, less arrogant, and well, I just wish they all got replaced with more professional staff. The way they speak to us someone is quite disgusting. When Dr Yung retires, this place will be nothing.

This place is actually the worst. I read the reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad. It is. I had to pay $70, wait an hour even though i had booked an appointment. The doctor spent all of three minutes with me, misdiagnosed me and i had to come back and pay anpther $70. Take my advice and go to a different medical centre

Doctor was rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even check properly for symptoms.used a household flash light and no medical equiptment. No bulk billing for new patients.

My partner injured his wrist and Dr. A. GOPINATH misdiagnosed him with Tendonitis. He did not listen to the injury story or his symptoms and when my partner disagreed he was patronising and demanded that he is right because he was the doctor.
We had to be treated at Prince of Wales instead.

The worst medical centre receptionist ever seen. We came on 29th sep to see Dr. Yung. Since the waiting time is very long, we came back 20mins after, and asked the receptionist how many people in front of us. She keep saying “I don’t know, you have to ask the doctor yourself. You are the last one” rudely. The way she said it is very rude. She is either racist or just jealous and hate Dr. Yung. The doctors here are deserve better receptionist, all the doctor should left this medical centre.

Don't bother making an appointment. You'll still wait over 45 mins to see a doctor. They just don't seem to value other people's schedule or time restrictions and get upset when challenged. I recommend going anywhere else but here. Worst customer service ever.

Extremely rude receptionists that treats their clients poorly! Maybe this is not the job for them as they are rude and have poor people skills. It's a shame because the doctors here are great.

Bloody terrible customer service never on time. Rude customer service and had to wait 1.5 hr to see doctor. But doctors are nice.

Worst customer service. Doctors are friendly, however receptionist are terrible and do not advise you are required to pay every visit.

Some amazing doctors but I would have appreciated better communication skills from the older receptionist. I was uncomfortable that she caused such a scene.

This place is never good but today was terrible
Dr Harinath couldn't have been more disinterested. He did such a poor job of helping me I'm going to see a doctor elsewhere.
I will never use him again.

Doctor's are ok. Reception staff is horrid. Expect them to talk down to you, and when you call them out on it, they hang up the phone on you. Terrible customer service. I don't understand how they still have jobs. I try not to go back there because of them
