Worst property managers in northern beaches.i rented though this office and have had worst experience. From managing the maintenance requests to the move out clearance, the attitude of the agents is the worst i experienced during my many years of residence in northern beaches. As a tenant be prepared to fight for your rights under the tenancy act which one would expect to be respected by the agent. I found the attitude to be worst and highly biased towards the owners in all matters. They will pressurise you to try and get as much as possible from the bond money. Also make sure you have the property energised and ready for connection in your name. If the property electricity is disconnected and requires re-energisation (that can cost up to $150), it should be covered under initial connection fee as per clause 9.2 of the tenancy act but no, tenant will be asked to pay for the negligence of the previous owner/resident who didn't pay the bills and the property was de-energised. Note this is on top of the usual connection fee a tenant is required to pay to have the connection in its name. Find yourself a better agent and save the headache.

I've been renting through Cunningham's for the past few years and the investment manager Paije McKee has been a delight to deal with. In fact the entire Cunningham's team a pretty hard to beat. Thanks Paije.

It has been a great experience working with Chelle at Cunninghams to rent out our property at Fairlight. She is very efficient, easy to work with and she has given me some very good advices. We ended up only had to show our property for 15 minutes (while we were still living there), secured a good tenant, and rented out our property a few weeks earlier than we originally planned.
I'm looking forward to working with Stefano at the Property Management team as it has been always a nice experience working with Cunninghams (we bought the property 5 years ago from Georgi at Cunninghams whom I also really enjoyed working with).

I rented a property with these people. When I moved out I realised that they sneaked in an additional terms and condition form which basically restricts you from almost everything except breathing.never done that before (not sure it's even legal. I'll definitely engage Fair Trading on this when I have some time). I had to pay to paint their rooms for a coin size paint peal.when my 10 yr old daughter put was hanging her principal's award.which I will be returning back to school during one of the school ceremonies to make a statement.agents are the most arrogant. Mr owner I'll post some of your Agent's emails here if you want. I got assigned this guy recently.who'd screamed at me on top of his lungs when I tried to dispute something.tells me he's been doing it for 10 Years as if he's been winning Grand Slam for last 10 years.

I was renting with these people. They employ property managers with worst attitude. Word of advise, if you don't like your job -do something else. They'll always try to snake you when you move out.for this & that. If you email them with issues, they reply like you're asking for their Kidney. Never had any issues with any other RE agents. Snakes of the Northern Beaches award goes to you.

The most reliable, honest and trustworthy real estate agency on the Northern Beaches. The property management team managed my investment property for 6 years, always communicated all that was going on and efficiently and easily fixed any maintenance issues the tenants ever had. Then Andrew Lutze and his team sold my unit with an amazing result, i am very grateful for their advice on getting the property styled by Amazema Interiors, i believe this alone got me an ever better price than if the unit was empty with no styling. Andrew and his Team were a pleasure to work with, great communication and made me feel as ease throughout the whole process.

As a licensed builder I can be quite critical of real estate agents and what I consider to be generous amounts of BS that comes out of their mouths. So, when my wife and I were looking to choose an agent in Manly we decided to put together 8 serious questions as to 'why we should choose your agency'. Of the four agencies we approached in Manly, only Cunninghams bothered to actually read and answer our questions. It's not like we were selling a cheap property either, but the other agents did nought. Zero. Zip. They simply thought their big ties and high heel shoes was what gets you sales. We were stunned. So we chose Cunninghams because they started off on the right foot and then they kept delivering for us throughout the entire sale process. They were always very responsive, they were analytical of every proposed purchaser and they were interested from start to finish and then beyond. This also included the rental department who were required to be part of the sale. Our experience was Cunninghams delivered above their sales patter. I did not give 5 stars because I'm a builder and they might get swelled heads, but I would include Cunninghams on your short list of agents you are looking to choose. Amazing team to work with, they have the upmost integrity and honesty. After over 8 years of working professionally with the Sales agents and support teams we can confidently say that there is one one like Cunninghams. They truly care for their clients and have their best interests at heart and work so hard to achieve amazing results for them.

Be careful with this guys. Had a decent experience until moving out.
Not going to the move-out inspection was a big mistake as they decided to unilaterally contract fixes and cleaners and send us overpriced invoices.
They started threatening us with court claims and the property manager called Emily suddenly became rude and even disrespectful.
Fortunately, we stood up for our rights and end up in an arrangement paying half of what they were originally claiming. Somehow they managed to change the prices on the invoices.dodgy, isn't it?

I have dealt with many property managers over the years and Cunninghams is without doubt the best - by a country mile. It is actually refreshing to receive full value for my fees. Any issues are communicated promptly with fully researched and recommended solutions. Inspections and rental reviews are performed like clock work and supported by comprehensive evidence. Paije McKee has managed my property for the last 2+ years and I cannot speak highly enough of lher evel of commitment, professionalism and extensive experience. I am regularly approached with a range of "special" offers to attract my business. I have no interest in changing managers and dismiss them out of hand.
