Cunninghams Real Estate

We have rented a property through Cunninghams for 18 months. Alex who showed us the property was lovely and tried hard to help us get a lower rental price which was much appreciated by 3 young professionals.

Unfortunately we were then given Francine as our rental agent. She has proved to be rude and incredibly unhelpful in her communications since day one, and has made us feel like in asking for what we are rightfully allowed to ask for (eg cupboard doors to be fixed) we were asking for something extraordinary and making her life a pain. Your job as a rental agent is to be the contact point between tenants and the landlord - if you don't like it, get a new job. Further, we have asked questions that were directed at the landlord and Francine has come back and clearly not asked the landlord the question - when we have no way of communicating with them this is extremely disappointing.

As a lessor myself, I really hope that my tenants never have to deal with someone as rude as Francine has been to us.

My wife and I have just sold our property in Fairlight through Andrew & the team at Cunninghams. A brilliant experience with the final price being well above our expectations within 7 days of listing.

Have had a couple of issues since moving into new rented property about a month ago and still waiting for action/answers. One issue no internet access has still not been dealt with, very frustrating to say the least. Other than that staff are very helpful and friendly.

We dealt with Cooper Graham at Cunninghams for finding us a rental in Freshwater. Instantly he made us feel very relaxed and treated us with respect and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help us secure an apartment in a very competitive market and I have recommended him to friends and he has also done the same as you can tell he cares about the service he provides. If we have an issue or something needs fixing Cunninghams have been the best agent I have ever dealt with in 15 years.
It is rare to find a real estate that genuinely care especially in the rental market.

We recently had a disappointing experience with the professionalism of one agent from Cunninghams. She was extremely slow to respond to all communications throughout our year-long tenancy, often quite abrupt and difficult to communicate with, and generally required multiple prompts before doing basic tasks like organising pest services and releasing our bond.

We dealt with Alex Nindra in leasing Cunninghams. Alex is honestly so professional, quick to respond & very thorough with the incoming report. We are so happy with our experience/interactions with Cunninghams so far & can easily say it is the best rental experience yet! Thank you ALEX!

I've been using cunninghams for years. Paije has always been my agent. Recently she has become very unprofessional and turned into kind of a bully. If looking for a rental I'd look for a better company.

I would love to give some positive feedback about my Asset Manager, Stefano Castorina.

He is extremely professional, nothing is to much trouble and a lovely polite young man.

Recently, I had some maintenance issues in my rental unit, my stove & laundry fan gave up the ghost.

I was so impressed at how Stefano arranged the same day for an electrician to call and arrange a time the next day to fix the fan and review the oven.

The fan was fixed that next day and within a few days a new stove, which I absolutely love was installed.

I was so impressed, I would recommend Stefano to anyone.

The best real state agency I have ever deal with. Good attention, easy onboarding process when you lease (all forms were digital). Replied all my emails without minute/hours (Chloe Huggett). Welcome lease pack came with a couple of nice details that made the difference as well. Always lazy to write reviews but after bad experiences with other real states this one really worth it.

We dealt with Alex and Stefano and have had a seamless experience. We had one or two issues with the property when moving in which were addressed immediately. It’s a refreshing and welcomed change to have such great help from an agency. Thanks for all your help!

I recently rented an apartment through Cunninghams. The process was managed by Alex Nindra (Leasing Manager) and was a fantastic experience. Alex was proactive, responsive and considerate to our needs and requests. The process was completed quickly and with no issues even during a time of stress in the economy.

Messaged a real estate asking a question about a property on the number supplied in the rental add, recieved a rude reply as it was out of office hours. In the future it may be worthwhile supplying agents with a company phone so they are not disturbed after hours on their personal mobiles.

I recently had Chloe of Cunninghams re lease my apartment. I was impressed with her enthusiasm, communication skills and efforts in leasing my apartment during.this difficult economic period (Covid 19).
