Cunninghams have proven to be "ETHICAL"

Poor.

They are trying to force a change of payment method on tenants. They have said that all payments must be through a new app (with new payment charges) or through the post office.

2 work colleagues are also affected and are also annoyed, and one of which they offered to waive the additional cost by setting them to a legacy customer in their system.

I'm going to keep paying the existing way as per the contract. If Cunninghams refuse to accept payments, then I think that landlords should blame Cunninghams.

I know a few of people on the Sales side, and they are great.

Cunninghams in Balgowlah have achieved one of the top spots for worst property agents I have dealt with, and I have been renting my entire adult life. Everything was them against the tenant and being the enforcers of the owners will - including raising the rent every time possible (including a hefty $200 a month during Covid), forcing multiple efforts to “prove” we had tried to clean toxic mould that was growing thru the very high roof before ever helping with it, and upon our notification of leaving the property after a few loyal years they pushed heavily attended inspections x3 per week (often with the clueless host agent not even being there as always late so it’s me showing strangers around) for over 2wks thru our apartment on their own timings last minute with no remorse that we had a baby who naps for just a 2hr block in the middle of the day.

Stefano was especially callous almost drawing my tired wife to tears with a lovely “we have every legal right to enter the property at will for the last 2wks and we have over 40 properties so can’t be expected to cater to everyone’s timing. ” Thanks, and Good riddance.

Great company to deal with both in sales and rentals. Stefano was a pleasure to deal with whilst looking after our rental property. Friendly and very efficient.

Cunninghams managed my Manly Vale unit for many years, every detail was attended to quickly and thoroughly across all departments. They even eventually sold it for me with a minimum of fuss and at a great sales percentage due to the fact that I had been a customer for so long.

Just viewed an apartment in Freshwater shown by one of your agents with my partner. We both left feeling like we’d been an inconvenience to her day after asking a couple of basic questions. We’ve viewed five apartments today and every agent has been friendly, engaging and welcoming this was such a horrible contrast. If this is how the agency approaches tenants perhaps it was a near miss.

Recent experience buying was poor! Poor transparency & communication during the buying process! So disappointing as our first experience buying via Cunninghams was so good.

I have recently started renting a property through Cunninghams and my agent Craig Wieckowsk has been a highly welcomed "breath of fresh air" to deal with. I have rented many properties in Sydney over the years since 2007, and Craig has been superb, helpful, caring and proffesional, his response time to my emails is second to none and nothing seems to be too hard for him. He even saved me when I was having a fridge delivered and got locked out! Then helped me move the fridge in. He and the guys at Cunninghams have a lovely personal touch that makes moving easier. I would 100% reccommend Craig and Cunninghams to anyone. Thanks for everything.

I’ve been a tenant with Cunninghams for over three years in two different addresses and always had a very good experience. My property manager Stefano Castorina is the best one, very supportive, responds really quick every time I need. Highly recommend Cunninghams services.

From reading the reviews it seems we have had similar experiences as other people. We have rented through Cunninghams for the past 2 years.

Throughout that time we have had a lot of trouble communicating with Francine, she has constantly been rude and abrupt and felt like everything we have asked has not been taken into consideration or past on to the property owner. An example is we asked for the widows in the bedrooms to be fixed as they were painted shut, this was asked to happen numerous times and ended up happening 18 months after the original request.

Feeling very relieved to be out of our rental property with cunninghams.

Used Cunninghams for the sale of our late Father’s home at Seaforth. We were lucky enough to have Ben and Andrew manage the sale from start to finish. Their honesty, inclusiveness and constant feedback was outstanding. Pretty much everything they predicted, eventuated and we constantly felt that we were in safe and professional hands. Would use them again in an instant.

What an unprofessional lot!

Had called and spoken to them about a property, and was also subscribed to it on all online portals. Drove over 30 minutes to attend the open home and when I walked in was told “oh we’ve accepted an offer for this already, but decided to have the open home anyway”.

Why not update the portals to advise an offer has been accepted, or at the very least cancel the open home so that you don’t waste people’s time. Even an update to the text of the ad would push a notification through. Such a lack of respect for other peoples time.

Oh, and the sold price was more than $250K higher than the auction “guide”. So yeah, chronic underquoting too.

Steer clear and find another agent that has some basic professionalism.

Professional in all aspects was Georgi Bates from Cunninghams Real Estate. An industry leader whom understands her target market and local precinct. As a developer our property requirements were quite specific. Ticking all those boxes and more, we FOUND, LOVED and the property was SOLD. Well done team.
