Paid $49 for a wash and they left watermarks all over the car. When they were cleaning the inside windows they left the vaccum hose rub all over the paintwork on my door that’s the last time I go there

Rip off! Paid for a major wash & detail including machine buff - rubbish attention to detail on interior, the laziest clay bar & machine buff you’ve ever seen, went over it in less than 2 minutes, dry streak marks left - seems they aim for speed and cash over quality and substance. $120 wash & detail is not done properly in 15 minutes! Never again. Go to Beacon Hill Ecospray - they do it properly and serve great coffee.

Got my car washed here the other month and it was literally atrocious I looked down the gap where my seat belt is, and they didn’t even vacuum at all, the exterior of my car was poor, I should have done it myself.

Had another encounter here today and I thought I wouldn’t bother writing a review but since it’s happened twice I thought I would.

Sorry to say, but a huge waste of money and time, very unhappy and unwelcoming employees to start with, next I get to my “washed” car and it was in a disgraceful state, I asked for a wash + polish and there was still dirt everywhere and a very poor vacuum job. I will never bother going back, very disappointed. I urge no one to even consider going. Thank you

Just visited Brookvale Crystal Car wash for the first time. I was given a car wash voucher as a Christmas present from my very creative son. The guys there were super friendly and polite and they did an excellent job.

I gave it a 4 the floors were all left very wet the mirrors had all been changed the seat was not put back it's hard to get in when I'm 6'7" and they were very short.the camera had been left unplugged

Service is really poor. I had a caravan I needed to be washed and they refused, which is fair enough but the service person I dealt with was rude, obnoxious and dismissive. If you don't mind dealing with these kinds of people then by all means use them but I prefer to take my money elsewhere

Been there twice, first time there was all in fight between staff - very intimidating particularly for children, second time wash wasn’t working so a complete waste of time.
To be fair I have found other outlets to be very good but this one is a disgrace, avoid at all costs.
Whoever manages this outlet or is responsible for it she be sacked.

Workers had opened compartments they shouldn't have and have taken my lose change.
Don't bother, Standards of wash is appalling had to send car back.

The Negative: - Paid for Exterior Detail plus Machine Buff" ($149 that included 'InN'Out' & Express Wash packages). Estimated time of 45mins on a busy morning seemed too short & it was because many things were missed or inadequately done eg marks on exterior when they said car was "ready" came off easily when I pointed them out & they sprayed something & wiped off! Some surfaces inside on dash NOT wiped. When I pointed out black plastic area near rear vision mirror was looking dull/marked after wash/detail (not before!) I asked did they forget to do the "Plastics/Rubbers rejuvenated" part of the "Exterior Detail? I was told my car didn't have any! A quick spray/wipe & it looked better. What do they call all the black trim bits on my yellow car & the rubber around windows that still had dust in horizontal bottom edges?: (
The positive: - they asked me to take a seat inside while they removed more marks from exterior. They give $10 off for seniors on Tuesdays.

Shocking service here staff have no personality and friendly. After informed the staff to wash the car and went to counter two staff just ignored me while I was standing in front of them to make payment. I have to ask him nicely do you want to take the payment and he finally acknowledge it. Won’t be back here for sure. But the way this is not the first time being a poor service.

They want to sign you up for a ‘deal’.
I just wanted a $19 quick wash.
Ended up being $24 for some reason.
I thought it was for a coffee but the second time I didn’t have a coffee.
I wouldn’t mind charging an extra 20% on an advertised price in my Business.

Car wash was ok, if pricey, but main concern is they lost a load of stuff from my boot and trying to phone to track it down resulted in being hung up on 3 times. Eventually somebody stayed on the line long enough to say they didn’t have it, but there is no doubt it was lost during the clean.

I don't think the guy pre washing the car with the pressure hose could have been any ruder today. You get what you pay for and I don't expect $69 month to get me much but I thought some common courtesy towards customers would have been included. Apparently not. See ya Crystal Car Wash, I'm off to Coles Express.

Check your car before you pay. Was told my car was ready only to find they’d only done half of the things they advertise as part of the exterior wax and wash package. Car was still dirty.
