Crystal Car Wash Cafe

I haven’t been impressed with the quality of clean in the past (go out of desperation/in a hurry!) Today I had a full clean, polish etc & they did an excellent job! My car feels like new!

I love this car wash and there freindy team they are very reasonable according to others

If you want a basic wash and vacuum OK.
DO NOT come here if you want a full detail clean. You will waste your money and time. Their work is very poor. They don't careless. No pride. Just get the car out quick.

I had an excellent experience today. I had a small defect with my number plate and they fixed it free of charge. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Worst! They break your car and then try and tell you it’s your fault. Took my car in for a clean. Was fine until I got it back after they did the interior. Front passenger door won’t close because they broke the lock. No refund for the clean I just paid. Told they didn’t do anything and there was nothing they could do…?

I will say out of all the crystal car washes brookvale takes the gold medal happy workers you get a good job not like northbridge never go there absolutely not worth the money you may as well burn it because you don’t get what you pay for lazy staff rude

Yeah good. Can be a bit rushed at times. Best value is the multi month unlimited wash deal.

Most workers have lack of communication skills and the big guy in the button up has complete disregard for the service paid for, he uses his phone while doing a poor job on the cars, it is a shame as there are a few good workers who try hard and care about customers.

Absolute rort these guys are. $99 for a basic wash of a 2 seater Ute is daylight robbery. Never again will I use these cowboys! And the wash was rubbish to boot. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Dishonest service, no customer service.

I have used this car wash previously due to the great location & acceptable car wash service.

I had my car washed yesterday and had money in the centre console which disappeared… other items in the console have been moved to other areas in the car but the money is gone.
Disgusted at this occurrence I attempted contacting the car wash direct though surprisingly they do not have a Phone number for the store? I emailed them my complaint of money stolen from my car and I am still waiting on a response…
Needless to say I will not return and highly discourage anyone use this dishonest company

Average for what you pay. First, they always seem to charge more than the listed price. Last time, when the car was finished, I noticed an etag on the ground, and it was mine. They are so rough that they had ripped the tag off it’s case and dropped it in the ground. Lucky I noticed it.

Worst experience I have ever had. Paid $100 for a deluxe wash and the car came back dirtier then when it went in. No vacuuming done. No wiping down done. Paid extra for a clay scrub to be told our car is too new and doesn’t need it. But refused money back. Would not recommend going there.

I recently visited this Carwash and paid $200 for a wash that was described as deluxe and that I would drive away feeling I was in a brand new car.
My Jeep is five years old and did need a clean, however, I did not receive what I paid for!
The staff worked on my car for only 30 minutes and I drove away with soaking wet seats, dust on dash board and console, seats not adequately vacuumed and no shine on exterior of vehicle.

Since the seats have dried, the smell in the car is horrendous, and no marks have been removed from fabric.

Surely after paying $200 I should be driving away in a car that feels clean, fragrant and shiny.

I would not recommend this car cleaning service to anyone on the Beaches or further afield.

YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Sushil is excellent in his service. He checked and rechecked my car after it was washed cleaned and polished by other workers. He even asked me if I am not happy with the clean, he can re do it. Anyways the initial clean was satisfactory. 5 stars for sushil and his service

Please dont come here unless they change the staff and manager as both their work and customer service are shocking! Paid $99 for full wash and detailing. Then gave some feedback as there are still dirt marks here and there, water inside the boot as they didnt bother to open it to dry, and other stuff. When given feedback, the manager was rude and just said "if u dont like it, dont come back". Shocking! Go somewhere else.we only went there as our regular place (only $68 for the same way better service) was too busy and we were in a hurry.

I left my bag in the customer lounge this morning. I went back to look for it after half an hour，It was still there. I don't think thank you is enough. I'd like to give five stars to these cool guys who can't smile. Because they are serious, diligent, plain，not only keep our cars clean, their character is first class, I also think most of the customers there are first class，too. I saw them rinse the paper coffee cup before throwing it in the garbage can.
I‘m happy to be around people like that

Been there several times and results were good however today the results were NOT good with front and back of the car missed. They had staff looking at the washer so hopefully they will sort it out. I will give them one more time before I go else where

Do not go here. Drive away as fast as you can. I cannot be bothered to write reviews for companies and generally prefer not to on principle so you can trust that when I am writing one, it's for good reason. I specifically laid out the reason for going to a car wash which was focused on a thorough, premium clean of the interior. I made sure they gave me assurances that they can do a quality job of an interior clean or it wouldn't be worth my time because I had some stains that needed cleaning and mould from water making its way in. They assured me that they would handle it and do a great job if I paid $240 which was more expensive than any of their advertised services but I paid for it on their assurance.

When they called me over to my car and said the job was done, I took one look at the interior and the job looked mediocre at best. I looked at the worst places where one of the specific stains were and they hadn't been touched. I pointed out to the attendant the stain on the passenger seat that hadn't been touched and he came over and cleaned it on the spot. The ease with which he cleaned it, made it clear that they had made no attempt to clean it the first time. I chalked it up to them missing a spot and went home. As I was driving, I realised my handsfree phone holder was missing and then when I did a more thorough inspection of the car at home, I could see again that they put zero effort into cleaning the interior/seats like I had specifically requested.

I have since made requests for a refund or to speak to anyone about this matter and they have not responded. They do not even advertise a phone number or email address, most likely in anticipation of dissatisfied customers. Absolutely awful experience! RUN!

Would never use these guys again- couldn’t even vacuum properly - didn’t wipe down inside - left dirt / so disappointed will never go back! - if I could give a 0 star I would - waste of $65 bucks!
