Crystal Car Wash Cafe

$300 for a detail that was no better than a wash and vacuum. Broke my expensive phone holder/charger and then tried to say it was broken already. Taking to small claims tribunal

This car wash is the worst that I have ever faced. Really really bad service they are doing. I will never go again. I highly suggest that if you want a good car wash, don’t go there. I paid $99 that was just wasted money.

If you get your car washed here, you need to be prepared to go home an wash it again. The windows were double as dirty after the wash, compared to what it was before. Staff really don't care to provide a satisfying costumer experience. Go somewhere else!

Poor quality + dishonesty! I went there on Dec 6th and an employee called Suchi offered me a 99$ deal which included Interior cleaning and Exterior washing in detail + 1 month of unlimited Exterior washing (auto washing machine) I refused as I was going to QLD for 1 month. So the deal ended up as 1 month and a half (till Jan 15th) of exterior washing. I asked for some paper as proof and Suchi told me it was already in the system, and that he worked there everyday. There we go: The car was still dirty after the cleaning (internal and external) and I needed to claim a re-washing. Then, Iwent there on Jan 10th, and SURPRISE! The deal was registered in the system as just until Jan 6th! I had no proof to show but my word, as I trusted Suchi - and he wasn't there. The manager said there was nothing he could do. Then, I asked for his employee information, receipt, everything about the purchase and was calling the cops. Just then the manager came up "giving me" the wash. Scu*ms!

Literally came out just as dirty as I put it in 0 care the $49 package is not worth the time unless you plan on washing it aswell

Unbelievably disappointed with the service here. I’ve come here since 2011 and given them so much business over the years both personally and through my businesses. They owed me a wash on a package deal and wouldn’t honour it. I won’t be returning.: (

What a difference a few years (and no doubt the impact of COVID 19 on employment) makes. This used to be a first rate handcar wash with barista coffee to boot. Now it’s an unfriendly, drive thru auto car wash hybrid that doesn’t seem to know what it is. If you want impersonal service, no attention to detail and feel like you should be paying $15 (see 7-11 in Mona Vale) not $65 this is the place for you! Sadly (cos it was once fab) I won’t be returning

I paid for IN & OUT wash for $49. Cleaning was done poorly inside and outside. My recommendation, stay away!

Terrible. Will not get my car washed here again and don’t recommend it.

One guy tried to talk me into the $99 option for 2mins (glad I didn’t). I went with the $49 “in and out” option.
The guy who sprayed the car (whilst I had to sit in it) opened each door to spray and wet the carpet throughout, including my legs. The boot is also wet inside. There are still marks on the car and interior - no attention to detail. What a waste of money.

A reasonable job but I can’t for the life of me understand the attitude of the staff. When you turn up they look at you like you’ve made a mistake or something, then promptly try and upsell something. Not a very pleasant experience, always makes me apprehensive to rock up.

$69 for a inside and outside wash. They offered a $99 wash (which I'm happy I didn't take!) For $69 you just get a auto wash with the boys spraying and brushing through the outside with a sponge. Took about 12 minutes and once my car dried up 1 hour later there were streaks everywhere and rims were absolutely dirty. Not even the tyre shine lasted 30mins plus wheels weren't even scrubbed. Interior was still covered in dust.

Very rushed, no attention to detail, car came back still dirty, sand and hair still through car, windshield still dirty, they seem to be working on numbers and commission so it’s get in and get out ASAP. Disappointing. Zero quality

Standards have dropped. As usual the inside of the windows were covered in residue from the dirty clothes used repeatedly so I had to clean them again myself when I got home. No hand towels in the toilet and the hand dryer not working. Coffee bar and TV gone replaced by automated machine that was empty. The place looks a shambles and is uninviting. That was my last visit!

Use to be decent. Prices went up, no more coffee shop. Ridiculous pricing and service for what you get. I personally will go somewhere else from this point onwards.

The car wasn't cleaned as the other franchise. Soap and water were still dripping. Not a great experience and value for money.

The wash was good but car washes are so expensive! What I was really disappointed about though was that they removed the cafe and now it's just a coffee machine. For that price, the coffee made it feel a little better. Wont go back again.

Don t waste your time and money! RIP OFF! Had to take the car back, they didn't even open the boot. Just baught a second hand car and wanted to have it properly cleaned and it still disgusting. This business shohldn t be allowed to operate.

They constantly give a poor quality clean and miss cleaning substantial parts of the vehicle, every single time I use them I have to take it back to repeat clean something. I’ve given them enough chances now and will no longer use them. There’s another car wash place 300M west along Pittwater road, use them instead.
