Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific reviews
65Great, friendly staff - the bartender (I think his name was Shane?) was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
Went to their restaurant 'Seasalt' for breakfast/brunch, they have everything you could want from a brunch menu and more always delicious when we eat there.
Great hotel. Very nice view, but some of the mattress protectors were dirty. Not very happy with the cleanliness.
It was a beautiful mother and daughter weekend spent at Crowne Plaza Terrigal, thank you for having us
Wow this place is massive and full on. It's very touristy but just so beautiful. The view is priceless.
One of our all time favourites - stay at least twice a year for our beach front holiday - lovely staff!
Got there for a work Christmas Party and one of our staff was drunk and got asked to leave.
She left.
Security then came over and asked the rest of our party to leave even though we were Literally in the middle of our food.
Get some smarter staff.
Our Xmas party was at The Salt Conservatory Crowne Plaza Terrigal.
The space was beautiful with stunning views. The staff worked very hard to deliver us all a lovely variety of sandwiches, pastries, cheese and fruit. And really good coffee. Delicious!
An easy stay with great access to the beach and local restaurants and cafés. The hotel is in good shape with good views from most of the rooms. As is typical, the road in front of the beach was subject to the occasional noisy vehicle but generally uninterrupted tranquility. Lots of families at the pool which was a bit chilly but okay once you're in and swimming. All in all a good stay - thank you Crowne Plaza staff.
Top notch location, with views to compare. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Overall service is very good and would recommend this hotel to travellers.
Rooms are lovely, Hamptons inspired decor. Clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful views over the ocean. Terrigal location perfect.
Great facilities in the rooms. Guest services were amazing and constantly happy to help. Sea salt restaurant quality of food was good but did not impress. Surrounding clubs and night venues were quite loud and if your room resides on a lower level, you may find it too loud to sleep. Fortunately reception has ear plugs and were welcoming to help. Would stay again!
Beautiful cocktails and atmosphere for our friends birthday celebration. I was even able to have my sleeping 12 month old in the pram during the evening which was lovely.
I was in for a school formal, but a wonderful environment with great food. High class isn't very much to my tastes but Crowne Plaza pulls it off with grace and eloquence.
Across the street from the beach. Great for a walk after breakfast. Had a double Queen room. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning easy to adjust. Disappointing that the bathroom only had a shower over the tub which I found to be slippery. There was no non-slip mat in the room and I had to ask reception to arrange for one to be put in the room. Facilities were good. Staff at the Lord Ashley Bar were friendly and obliging. Reasonably close to other locations on the Central Coast.
Exceptional service.a young boy at the bar near swimming pool made the best long island ice tea and staffs at breakky was so kind!
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza over a weekend, not peak season. The look of the rooms is dated, but functional. I ordered adjoining rooms, but one of the doors won't fully open, which is an OHS hazard. Generally it was a pleasant experience spoiled by little disappointments. The room service menu was missing, so I had to order from a blurry TV menu. They forgot things in our room service order, twice. They ran out of pool towels when we wanted to swim.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Meals were huge. Would like more options for gluten free for children as the only gluten free options are adult meals.
Service was decent and staff were friendly. The problem fir us was we booked a double twin bed (family of 4), and initially gave us a room with single kingsize bed! When asked, they said there is no other room available, it is the travel agency problem, while clearly in our documents it mentioned two beds. We end up talking to one of the managers and she changed our room. The problem was the first room has ocean viwe and the new one hasn't. It was a let down for all of us. Aside this, room was clean, beds were comfy, hotel pool and spa were great for my kids, the enjoyed their stay all and all.
