Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific

Way over rated and priced, at around $800 a night we thought we would be entitled to complementary onsite parking but it seems like taking advantage of guests seems more important to management than offering them free parking, also we were told breakfast wasn't included with our booking even though we made sure it was included when we booked online, the balcony doors were so damaged it was extremely difficult to open and close and once you managed to open them there was a lot of mould around the corners of the tiles and stains almost everywhere, the building is a little outdated and could use some TLC.
Sorry guys but I was expecting a lot more quality and service considering the premium price I paid, doubt very much I'd be visiting again

Very crowded with people gathering an No s social distancing, so we walked away and didn't go in a NON COVID area.

Excellent value for money, great services with live music, right on the beach with easy walking trails to whale watching lookouts. Great winter weather for a getaway

The hotel is a bit old! But smell was so good the breakfast was awesome best than 5 stars in Sydney! Trust me specially the coffee! It’s a barrista and Victoria beans! The staff and the service and view location table gym pool it’s heated! All those are amazing except the room was ok like 2/3 stars room hotel yea I do recommend it for like 2 days maximum

You just can't beat the location. Staff are excellent, and really friendly, breakfast is excellent too. There is an egg chef and room is huge.

We paid extra to have sea views. We got a room with road views. It used to be good. Now it's just expensive.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. Beautiful apartments as well. Once of the best things there is the breakfast. How good does it feel to wake up in the morning and have breakfast ready for you? Mind you, one slight con is the lack of kitchen in the apartment. Otherwise, spectacular atmosphere by the beach in the pool and beautiful lighting view at night. Excellent job.

We found a special online and took advantage of the deal. Only to be put in a balcony room above noisy music from a wedding blasting out from below. If you plan to stay here for a relaxing weekend check to see what functions are booked in first.

A bit of a stiff up made with our reservation but everything was fixed to our satisfaction. Surprisingly good meal at dinner and seafood platter was delicious.

Having paid $600 per night for their deluxe suite for my wife’s birthday weekend, how disappointing was it to be put in a room which had live music booming from the deck below from 1pm to 10pm both days! And this was conveniently never disclosed, advertised or mentioned beforehand. Not a word! And, as to “deluxe suite”? Paint peeling off doors, bathroom that hasn’t changed since it was built. We’ve been staying there for 20+ years. Never again.

Nice bar across the road from Terrigal Beach. No vegan food and was a lot better when they had weekly Rock trivia. Still ok I guess

Service was decent and staff were friendly. The first problem was we booked a double twin bed (family of 4), and they initially gave us a room with single king size bed! When asked, they said there is no other room available, it is the travel agency problem, while clearly in our documents it has mentioned two beds. We end up talking to one of the managers and she changed our room. The next problem was the first room has ocean view and the new one hasn't. It was a let down for all of us. Aside this, room was clean, beds were comfy, hotel pool and spa were great for my kids, we enjoyed our stay at the end despite the initial problems.

Great place to enjoy a beer and pizza on a friday night with mates after a swim across the road. Pizza and a beer for $15 doesnt get much better than this.

Great location opposite beach and shops, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast options. Amongst other hotels, this is a 4 star option. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very bland setup. Waste of a great location. Also, high prices for a poor quality setup and lousy atmosphere.

Relaxing ambience with two very nice restaurants. SeaSalt Restaurant is good for a buffet lunch, while the Lord Ashley bar is a cool place to meet friends for a coffee or lunch. They also have high tea there for people interested in tea and scones with an incredible view of the beach!

Great location in Terrigal just across from the beach. We love sitting on the pool deck sipping coffee basking in the sun.

One star is for the friendly staff.

This place needs a major overhaul. Sloppy service, lousy interiors, old hotel rooms, average food and beverage and all round lacklustre atmosphere.

This place is so tired and needs to see some big changes to stay relevant.

I spend my Christmas holidays here. Good location hotel, but guests have to pay $25/ night for parking. Very good for family trip, it has various kids activity. It has bath tub but quite small. I don't like place they put TV and bed I can't watch TV from bed. Other than that all good
