Im very disappointed. My offer to buy a house in Speers point was accepted by Peter Shields the real estate agent. He told me to pay a deposit and sign the contract of sale. Within an hour he sold it to someone else. I feel cheated and betrayed. I am very upset and will never deal with this person again! Beware of the old tricks they use. Never trust them

No dramas whatsoever with setting up the management of my investment property. Place was rented out within a few days of listing. Larissa always promptly replies to emails.

Rentals - don't go there if a landlord. Sent inquiry looking for managing agent via realestate website but instead got added to tenant list and spammed by email AND phone about properties available (and not available) for rent. They ignored my potential new business so I wouldn't want my future tenants to deal with such an unprofessional approach. Now they want me to join the list I never asked to go on to so that I can get off of it.

I've been renting a unit through Creer Property Charlestown for just over a year now and have just signed another 6 month lease.

I can't think of a single issue to complain about when it comes to Creer. Very helpful and friendly staff whether it be the receptionist or your property manager.

I've had two minor issues with the unit but a quick call to Creer had everything sorted.

Poor customer service. The desk attended was unfriendly and unprofessional every time I called. Agents never returned my calls and the one who did the viewings was not personable and did not have the necessary accessories to do business (who doesn't carry a pen?). I would recommend going elsewhere.
