Look elsewhere if you are a landlord or a tenant. Our tenancy ended up at NCAT after multiple agents, including the department head, failed to report or action multiple repairs. This included claims a documented routine inspection was not a formal inspection, but a ‘pop in’!

Lack of repairs led to deterioration and damage to the property and a loss of thousands of dollars of tenants personal belongings.
Agents witnessed damage and overdue repairs, claiming responsibility in person before instructing landlord “tenants trying for a cash grab”. Verdict found in tenants favor, with Landlord/agents proven at fault.

Agency delivered horrible service, attempted to pass blame and costs to tenants whilst belittling concerns and lying consistently, despite all evidence. Released bond in full before attempting to claim back in formal hearing.

Andrew made the whole process easy and seamless, from initial consult, videos and photos, advice on preparing for sale and where to invest $$ for the best outcome, to working with conveyancer, purchaser and other third parties. Has been available for every phone call and meeting before and after the sale, so couldn't have asked for more. A fantastic result - more than expected but what we were secretly hoping for. Took them 2 weeks to have someone look at an oven that was not heating. Told the agent several times in February about a powerpoint with a broken switch. It's still falling out of the wall. We are vacating and arrived home to find potential tenants waiting to walk through. Zero notice from property manager. Excuse was that we had said 'no' to the day before- because the carpet cleaner was already booked. Our last routine inspection was more than 18 months ago. Just found out that our next one is planned for 2 weeks after we move out! Pathetic.
