Do not use Creer if renting out your home. Every time they mess up, which is always, they pass on the cost to the owner. Quite possibly the biggest set of shysters I’ve ever come across.

Great tailored service achieving excellent results. We rang Creer on a Saturday expecting to leave a message with reception for someone to ring us back the following week. Instead, we go to speak to Dayle who was very happy to speak to us at length about property management of our 2 rental properties.
We had nearly signed with another agent but it fell through when we read in the find print of the contract which stated that by signing, we allow all our information to be shared with anyone in Australia and overseas.
Dayle Eveleigh reassured us about how our privacy of information would be respected so we asked for a rental appraisal. Luke Frendo attended both our properties on the next working day. He was well informed about the rental market and advised us to advertise at a rental price about $100 to $150 more per week compared to 2 other agencies which we had approached prior.
He agreed for us to write our own "blurb" for the online advertisements and he was accommodating about organising inspection times.
We were in regular contact with Billie Schneeweiss who was prompt in answering texts, phone calls and emails. She understood any concerns we had and was quick to make amendments to the marketing campaign according to our preferences. She was diligent in getting things done and we had total confidence in her ability to ensure all steps were taken to achieve a quick and smooth process of signing up a good tenant.
We felt Luke Frendo held our hand throughout this whole process and Billie was simply excellent.
We signed up a tenant for one of properties after the first open house and the second tenant for our larger, more expensive property was signed up in slightly over a week.
These were excellent results, achieving higher rental prices than other agencies had suggested in very short marketing campaigns.

Very poor communication from property managers - specifically Bronte. The receptionists were extremely helpful and understanding in our search to find a rental whereas Bronte did not answer or follow up on phone calls, nor did she respond coherently to emails. We found out that the property we had applied for had been leased through visiting its listing online and were not informed so until I emailed Bronte myself. There are many better real estates in Newcastle.

Great͏ experience when buying our first home!

Working with Jacob͏ was a fantastic experience. He was friendly, open to questions and always communicated things well and quickly. This made the process of buying so much easier, especially as it was our first step into the property market and we had lots of questions.

This review is for the Property management team and not the sales team at Creer Property.
We had signed up Creer Property to manage our investment properties. The communication has been one of the worst that I had known. We had used other property management agencies to manage our properties before and we made the move as we wanted to consolidate the management to one agency. We struggled from the very go. The person who we signed up with left the business and a new property manager was assigned. This property manager was clueless and had no idea of property management. It was a big mistake changing our property management to Creer Property. The level of detail and the attention to any issues relating to repairs was very amateurish and no where close to the expectations of a professional property management agency. We always felt the property was under valued and our concerns were mostly dismissed. We hardly received adequate communication about any repairs or work that was undertaken. Some of the repair work was mostly undertaken by their preferred "expensive" tradesmen. We never received any comparative pricing for any of the works. When we raised the issue with the head of property management, we were advised that the property manager would be replaced and he would make sure that the service would be improved. But when the property was meant to go in the market again, it was the same property manager that was assigned to manage again. When we tried to contact them for an explanantion, we never received any responses to most of our calls, emails and messages. The overall experience with Creer property was really bad. We have now managed to change the property management to a very reputed organisation and could see the difference straight away. I have asked some of my friends to keep away from Creer Property. The reputation of the agency is being dragged down by non-competent people.
