I was in a panic mode when I found that I had bad credit. I could not sleep all night and spoke to a friend who experienced similar issue. She recommended not to use the company she used because she did not a good experience, so I searched and found Creditrepair.com.au and saw positive online reviews. It was easy to make booking online (9pm) and as promised, I received a call at 9.20am the next day and I was heard and understood by the agent who was so comforting and assigned Jeff as my consulted. Jeff was an absolute help. He went through my report and I learnt that my financial institute has given me bad score. Jeff took my case along and worked proactively. I then got a call from my financial institute regarding my ongoing loan application and I questioned them why this happened. The bank was very apologetic and admitted their error at their end and promised to resolve the matter themselves and asked me to cancel my case with credit repair. I had few other cases in my report which credit repair offered to look onto at a very cheap price since my bank was sorting their error but unfortunately, I needed all the cash at the time as well and credit repair happily cancelled my case. I received a goodbye call from Jeff who apologised for any inconvenience, but I reassured that the service from creditrepair.com.au was amazing and to some extend surprising because I was called for update which is very rare. I highly recommend credit repair to look into your matter for personal crediting issue.

Chinelle was amazing from the beginning. I contacted credit repair on Friday to help me with my credit score as l was applying for a loan and l had just till Monday to remove my default from my file. On monday morning at 9: 45am l had a call from Chinelle saying that my default was removed from my file. Cant recommend enough their service. Thank you so much Chinelle for your hard work.

Very unprofessional and greedy people, they put me on membership and told me that they will fix two defaults every month, they simply ripped me off, waited for 3 months none of the defaults were fixed.

I sign up Credit Repair Australia to remove my 1 black listing from my Credit history, at beginning Credit Repair Australia told that they have 99% chance to remove my listing and they told me if you pay total amount of payment upfront they will process my case as soon as possible and as a promise i paid $2000 upfront but after a year 15/5/2020 they close my file but they did't able to remove my black list from my credit history and they even don't want to refund my money, the reason is your case is conflicting.

WOW Credit Repair Australia it is great way to SCAM people if you can remove listing and you don't wanna refund money please from next time don't tell your costumer we will guarantee 99% resolve your case and refund you if not success.

Terrible, had a debt agreement made in 2015, completely paid off in 2018
more than 2 years later there is still and outstanding amount owed to my bank, how does that even work? Not very professional or reliable and they have not gotten back to me about the matter yet.would not recommend at all

It is a Scam. They promise to improve your credit, however, they do the opposite. They threaten you to send your file to collections if you do not pay them the money they ask, which in turn will further ruin your credit score. If you are facing similar issues, contact the NSW fair trading and lodge a complaint. You can also contact the National Debt Helpline.

Very expensive.very unprofessional.very irrespnsible.do not use them if you don't want to waste $1400 and keep waiting for more than a month

Credit Repair and many other businesses who make promises to remove your default are under the watch from ASIC, report them to the Ombudsman as they are a waste of time.

Its been 24 months and $2700 later and still not result.
They said they couldnt get in contact with me which is bull! @#$. I told them you can't reach me email me and put that in writing aswell still no response. Due to the long road of dramas I've had to file for bankruptcy and it's taking them since august last yesr to sort this out and another $924 which is a free process which i didn't know about and still dealing with different case managers.
Ive managed to look into this myself and and done my own research and i have manage lto accomplish this in less than 48hrs and taking credit repair Australia 2 years and $2700.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND RIPP OFF.
Not helping really at all just taking advantage of someone vulnerability and situation.
Could of used $2700 to pay of some of mu debt
