DO NOT give this company your credit or debit card details. They have fraudulently taken money from my debit card for a service that I declined and it was over 50% more than they said it was. When I rang to complain they just dumped me as a client even though I had paid over $3K for their unfinished service. Please avoid this company as you will inevitably be disappointed and ripped off. Unfortunately I didn’t read the 1 star reviews before giving them my details.

The worst company scammed thousand of dollars off my unsuspecting partner. There was no way of getting out of their contract disgusting company.

I paid 6 months to credit repair australia for removing enquires from my credit file not default they even unable to remove single one, I don’t trust them they just get money without any outcome disappointing,

Absolute Incompetent Rip off's.

$300 a fortnight for 8 weeks and no changes to my credit score.

Numerous unanswered emails.

Then they organise to call me and have not read my emails, do not have responses or answers planned.
Had no idea why they were calling?

Then proceed to ask me for documents I've already provided.

I'm sure there are much better options out there.

I recommend getting a hold of whoever it is you owe money to YOURSELF and sorting out a solution with them directly as I payed CREDIT REPAIR AUSTRALIA a little bit over $1700 for little to no result. I still have a default recorded against me even though I paid the above company to have this cleared. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of CREDIT REPAIR AUSTRALIA.

You know why there's so many 5 star reviews? Because the second you sign up you get a pop up asking you to leave a 5 star review.

Joined because ClearScore recommended them. After the initial contact the service is non existent. Emails don't get responded to, phone calls get disconnected before even progressing, they email you saying your payment missed but the money was sitting there so they can sting you the $16-17 late fee - they stopped taking payments from me months ago and haven't alerted me, I can't make manual payments without a reference number. The online portal rarely works, and if it does without crashing none of the forms work and they ask you to update your debit card details in plain text over live chat. To top it all off, one of the creditors they were supposed to be paying has no record of that and are stil direct debiting my original payment plan.

All I wanted to know is where the money I am (or was) paying was going, which creditors were being paid what. $900+ service fee for what?

Absolute shambles. If you're a customer, speak to AFCA about them and lodge a complaint for some compensation. Absolute cowboys.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They will take your money easy but when they are to pay their dues, they make it extremely difficult.
READ UP ON THE SERVICE AND IF YOU REALLY NEED IT. Make sure you complete due diligence and if whether you really need their help. The disputes they offer, you can do it yourself through the appropriate financial channels.
The salesperson will pressure you to signing up and provide you with only MINIMAL information to make a judgement call that would cost you over $4,000. While I was reading the email with the information, the salesperson continues their talk and asks you important questions. DO NOT WAIVE YOUR 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD.
After signing up, you receive all necessary information which you actually need before signing up. After going over these documents I decided the service won't help me so I contacted to cancel my service.
I have been in discussions with this company for well over a week now. Each person I speak to, I am receiving different information. The resolutions team is NOT CONSISTENT in the arguments presented to me on the calls.
Direct debit was taken out after informing me the payment would be paused. It has been well over a week for me arguing to receive my refund. Finally I was approved, received confirmation email, then still passed the 3-5 business days I was told to wait.
Made a further complaint and was informed someone in the company cancelled my refund and it would be reprocessed.
Even after providing evidence that the direct debit has placed my account into arrears, I am still yet to receive my refund.

Please beware of this company and do your research well before you contact them.

I'm now in a worse off financial situation compared to before I contacted Credit Repair.

Hard to get in contact with when you need to speak about your case and they only call you when it suits them. But since I've had Angeline Singh working on my case we've been smashing it out and making some serious progress.

I would still recommend putting in the effort yourself to call your own debtor/s and arrange payment plans/ negotiations instead. As much of a F@#k around as it is. It's alot less frustrating than dealing with ANY credit repair company.

I am so grateful service Credit Repair existing for helping people who are struggling for needing a justice and clear credit for as Who is. The officer Masina answered my phone and she being so nice, kind, confidence, so much comfort and I paid in full for the services.

I being put in payment default list due to my tenants who are Malashia aborigines lied to me and not transferred the name from me for the electricities and they run away leave the thousands bills and rent unpaid, and full of rubbishes and chocolates in the house. The electricity under my name but the Energy company record me a wrong name a month and date upside down DOB, a wrong last number drive license, a wrong email address which makes them couldn’t identify myself and I couldn’t talk about the bill to them.

I am not only so grateful for the services provided, but also so touched and moved they have given me a full refund after I talked to the finance company who listed me, and would like to remove me from list.

This is really credit repair! They have full Australian Credit which protects Australian people’s credit!
