Very disappointing. Would recommend going with a different company. Was told it would take 3-4 months to clear a fault on credit history, it's now 8-9 months and still not close to a result. It takes a week to speak to someone on the phone. They are happy to take your money weekly tho. Obviously too many clientele to staff ratio so very very slow in getting a result.

I engaged with CRA (Credit Repair Australia) in July 2020 to resolve a credit default despite I already had paid $385 utility bill under my name!

This happened because payment was made while I was overseas and somehow Utility company ended up putting a default on my name.

I explained the whole situation to CRA representative "Bab", he explained to me the whole process in a very professional and simple terms, highlighting all the "fine prints" of the contract if I choose to engage for CRA services.

As I signed the Contract with CRA to resolve this issue, surprisingly it was resolved within 3 months!

During this process, one of the case officer "Gemma" was very instrumental to keep me posted for every update on my file. She had been prompt and professional in every aspect either its just a phone call return, updated report, email reply or even any payment issues, she had been AMAZING!

Overall, I must say CRA is a team of such professionals who are

Okay, I was hesitant and quite afraid to engage with CRA because of the reviews I had read. But I took courage and made contact with them and from that day on-wards it was truly a pleasure working with the wonderful staffs. The process was simple and to my amazement, by God’s grace, I had up to 5 defaults removed from my credit record bringing my total credit capacity to 766! I was able to secure a personal loan for a new car and it was approved within 24 hours! Namrata has my utmost respect because she is sincere and tolerance too, and yet a gun at her job. The key is what I found out to making it work for you as a client and CRA staff is to respect. You must be able to work together with your case managers. I found that in my working with CRA staff, they are there to help you so the respect is need it from both parties to make the working relationship effective. Absolutely amazing. The staff (Schaudhuri) who spoke to me on the phone listened was extremely sympathetic and professional in giving the best advice of action. Credit Repair Australia were able to lodge my details on the 14/9, confirmation email that the case was sent for review this morning 18/9 and I just received an email 4 hours later that they were successful in negotiating in removing my debt that was created due to theft. Omg i cant believe how quick they are i rang a week ago and about my credit check regarding a home loan and I was listed i had to wait 2 years before I can reapply because of a school fee 10 years ago and a electricity bill I totally forgot about now im all clear and have a good credit rating again im so happy and thankful for all the work they have done so I can continue with my home loan and life back on track thanks veronica well done
