Dr. Joseph Ajaka was exactly the doctor I wanted to do my Vaser Liposuction and BBL! I have heard that he was the best cosmetic doctor in Australia for years. He does natural body shaping that look amazing, you look like an improved version of yourself. His staff are wonderful. The whole experience was great. He is extremely helpful! So glad I got my new butt here!

I felt so confident and comfortable with Dr Waelchli. He and Sydney team create a relaxed atmosphere. Cosmos has nice people, and my result are beautiful. I tried other treatments but couldn't get the results I wanted but this vaser liposuction procedure was exactly what I needed.

I saw Dr Joseph Waelchli, he explained the procedure step by step by step which eased any anxiety about the procedure that I had. At the clinic and the hospital, I am always greeted so warmly and with a big smile by the receptionists and nurses. The massage ladies make sure I am comfortable and are very knowledgeable about any question I have. My experience every time is pleasant, even when it is busy, the service here is still amazing, and the results speak for themselves.

Dr Fascetti is the best doctor I've ever talked to. I have seen so many doctors in my life, and he has to be the most incredible. Efficient to deal with, listened to everything I wanted and he is so clever. He doesn't speak over you, he is quiet and polite. I recommend to anyone to go see Dr Fascetti.

This is the best clinic I have ever been to. The team are incredibly friendly and the work done by Dr Fascetti is better than any other photos I have seen online by any other doctors out there. The hospital is so new and nice, and my results are Oh Em Gee amazing. I had a great experience from start to finish.

I know people that I’ve had work done here the work was not good at all a lot of rippling on the stomach for the amount he charges it is pretty bad job all the other reviews have been removed from this website and all of a sudden they’re all good reviews

Dr Fascetti removed the love handles I hated for years and I am extremely pleased with the result. He explained the whole vaser liposuction process to me very clearly and put me at ease throughout the whole process.

I am now two months post vaser lipo to my upper + lower abdomen, upper + lower back and flanks. I no longer panic at the thought of getting dressed and can finally look at myself in the mirror again. My whole outlook on life has also changed as I am now more conscious of keeping my new figure! I am eternally grateful to Dr Waelchli and the team at Cosmos Clinic. I went to Cosmos because they were the best and have done the most treatments. This was absolutely my experience. Dr Ajaka and his team were friendly, compassionate, reassuring and professional.
Having been to other cosmetic surgery practices, I was very impressed with the standards of their procedures and facilities. It absolutely felt like a private hospital experience.
I never felt rushed, pressured or confused and the whole process was top class.
I'm 1 day post op and sedation was perfect, I went to sleep and woke up without a care in the world. The pain management has been great and I would describe it as discomfort and a bit of mess, which The good Dr more than prepared me for.

I recently had a male BBL with Dr. Francesco and I can't speak highly enough of him. When I went for my consultation I wasn't sure what to expect but he explained the procedure thoroughly, answered all my questions and was kind enough to see me for a second consultation to answer more questions re expectations, risks, result and recovery.etc. On the day of my op he calmed me down and I knew I was in good hands. He was also available to see me post op to make sure I was ok. Kept checking on me during my post op massage sessions. End result? I'm OVER THE MOON. He's done an amazing job! I'm more confident than I ever was and it shows. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a professional advice and outcome.
