6 weeks ago I had liposuction with Dr Waelchli. I had my review today with him and honestly cannot believe my before and after pictures. I am actually gob smacked in the difference.
After years of feeling insecure and unable to wear the clothes I wanted. I can finnaly feel good about myself and confident.
It was the best decision I've ever made going to cosmos clinic. Dr Waelchli really is so talented at what he does and so knowledgable. I will be recommending all my friends and family to him and the cosmos clinic.

My new butt is fantastic! It boosted my self-esteem tremendously! Every single person in the clinic is friendly and accommodating. It's always a treat to visit. Dr. Fascetti's expertise, knowledge, and pleasant demeanour made the entire process go smoothly. Thank you to everyone in the team!

Never regretting the day, I had consultation and ultimately, a procedure, with Cosmos. I now have curves that I thought I would never have and I`ve never been more confident in myself!

I had liposuction just over a year ago with Dr Fascetti and I wanted to express how happy I am with the whole process from my consult to my surgery results! The staff at Cosmos Clinic Double Bay were very helpful, Dr Fascetti and Dr Ajaka are both lovely people as well as professional and the best at what they do. The theatre nurses that looked after me for the surgery and post op appointment's were beyond amazing and so friendly! The nurses in Cosmos are absolutely the best in the industry! I`ve been with them since a couple years back and not once was I disappointed with the results.

Dr Ajaka and his team are very thorought in what they do. Their patient care is second to none. They use all the latest technology and treatements before any other in Australia, I highly recommend them.

I came here in 2019 for a BBL and walked out with both a BBL and liposuction. The staff here are charming, hard workers and overall excellent surgeons. My previous BBL completely botched my body, butt Cosmos Clinic managed to fix my bodice. MY HUSBAND LOVED IT!

Cosmos Clinic is the best! I went in to have a consultation with dr Waelchli, he felt the best option would be using liposuction. All the staff I encountered seemed very experience and spoke very highly of Dr Waelchli and his work which made me confodent in my decision of going ahead with the surgery.
The whole thing couldn't have gone any smoother.

I paid over $4000 for Neck Liposuction with vaser and i am so disappointed from what I was told the outcome would be. I explained what I was hoping for and was told I would be so happy. I did tell the surgeon after 6months and he showed he wasn't happy with my feedback but it was a total waste of money. Dr Tavakoli is the best out there in my opinion-unfortunately he doesn't do necks: - (

I have never met a doctor as honest as the famous Dr Jo Waelchli. He told me everything i needed to hear regarding what to expect including the expected outcome, and all the gory details. He made me think about what was important to me. I decided to go ahead with it, and I am really pleased I did, as I am in love the final results. It is not cheap, but I couldn`t put a price of the confidence he has given me. Thanks Dr jo!

I had my procedure done with Dr Fascetti and six week later, I''m back to normal and I'm out and about! I can wear all the dressed I haven't had the confidence to wear in the past, and it's honestly the best feeling ever! Can't wait to see them again for my next follow up!

It was the worst cosmetic procedure I've ever done in my life, the worst is the most expensive.doctor Joseph at all times very arrogant all the time, I'm thin and wanted to have liposuction, the doctor didn't refuse to do it, he charged me $12,000 and removed less than 1 kg of fat, man body continued with the same problems, if you're not able to do a good job on a certain type of body don't do it, better than cheating and robbing the person, worst experience of my life

Dr Francesco Fascetti was excellent. He produced a great result for my body, he is an expert. He was honest with expectations and very gentle and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The surgery and recovery was not as painful as expected.

Dr Joe Waelchli is an amazing professional. I am 12 days post op today and I feel and look amazing! I was very annoying to the doctors in the consultation phase, but Dr Joe was so patient and answered every question I had and discussed all my fears with me. The follow up from the team at Sydney is top notch. My husband is very happy with the results!

I'm more than happy. I wanted liposuction using the vaser technique, which is so good and much better than old methods. The liposuction was so good, it didn't take very long and the recovery period was also quick. I had very fat arms and now you would have never known that. DrAjaka's staff are so promt, they answered my Instagram message so quickly and entire process was easy. Would definitely repeat the experience if I ever another more done.
