I’ve been attending Cosmos for about 3 years now with Nurse Benoite who’s level of sophistication is second to none. If I could zero I would.
Unprofessional. Unsanitary. Disgusting service. I have been scammed by cosmos. They took my money. They won’t give it back even thought it was promised to be in my account months ago. I have taken legal action.
No one gets back to me. No one cares. They are still doing procedures daily with their other clinics yet can’t refund a deposit. Melbourne clinic has closed down. Double bay NSW won’t even get back in contact with me. They’re all saying they are waiting for the finance team to respond. Didn’t realise it takes 6 months to hear back from them.
This is disgusting, I wouldn’t even recommend my worst Enemy here.
All they do is take your money or butcher you. GIVE US BACK WHAT IS OURS.

I have had such a positive experience with cosmoc clinic from start to finish. The team have just been fantastic, especially Dr Fascetti who has guided and supported me, throughout the whole precess. Thanks to seeing the results on a dear friend of mine, I considered vaser liposuction for the first time in my life only this year. For years I had not been comfortable in my own skin and how I was looking it the clothes I wore (in fact, my style had clearly changed to a style that would cover all of those areas I was unhappy with). I made an appointment with Dr Waelchli and after speaking with him, there wasn’t really any hesitation about booking in. He was knowledgeable and realistic (given my age, mid 40s), and provided me with everything I needed to know. This procedure is an investment in you - and there is nothing more important than that. I am beyond happy with the results, beyond expectation and the compliments I have received have been incredibly flattering. The staff of Cosmos have all been incredibly kind, from the reception, to the nurses and doctors who care for you - I’d particularly like to call out Sarah Gahan who I was lucky enough to see for post op care. Had liposuction on stomach and hips 4 years ago. While I am happier with my shape, I still get shooting pains in my right lower ribs, and in my hips if I try to go any faster than a brisk walk.

I had Vaser lipo to about 5 areas and a bbl mainly for body countouring as I have had a child and needed some help from the magicians at Cosmos. I was comfortable with choosing Cosmos Sydney as I had a friend who also had her procedure here and after seeing her results I knew I had to have Cosmos do my mini mummy makeover. I met with Dr Waechli for my consult and from he discussed all of the procedure and answered my questions and put my mind at ease. He discussed the risks and also was realistic with me and told me what to expect. I didn’t feel like he was money hungry at all, in fact he comes across very caring, genuine and is a lovely person (I am good with picking up on bad energy, and I can tell you he is one of the most genuine, caring doctors I have met in my life). It has been a year since I had my surgery and I am very happy with my results. At the time I opted not to get my abdomen liposuction to help with the recovery and was in two minds about it. Fast forward a year and a few months and I am booked in to get my stomach flattened. I can not wait until October 26 rolls around. I don’t understand why the negative reviews come on here after seeing 60 mins to put this company down. Those ppl probably never have never been a patient here. People are weird. Anyway I had a good experience and am not an influencer or have thousands of followers. There are risks w every surgery and perfection doesn’t exist. My body isn’t perfect but it’s a big improvement. If I wasn’t so lazy and also worked out and dieted I would look incredible. I think after my stomach lipo it will give me the push I need to diet and live healthier. Thank you Dr Waechli for being such a great listener and skilled surgeon!

Greed and ignorance. Unethical and unsafe. Absolutely.disturbing! These men should not be licensed to practice medicine at any level. If these clowns can take the time and handwork to become doctors, they can further obtain the necessary study and years of experience to become real plastic (cosmetic) surgeons. These practices would never be allowed to continue in the United States. These clowns for doctors would lose their medical licenses permanently and not be able to be general practitioners.

After watching 60minutes tonight, this surgeoun needs the book thrown at him.
He needs to be made accountable for the pain and suffering caused to his patients.
I understand as i have been through a bad proceedure and took my cosmetic surgeon through a tribunal and got him to pay for my proceedure to be rectified.

I believe in righteousness and Justice by GOD.

Everything happens for a reason, initially I was booked to do this procedure elsewhere in which I’ve lost $2,000 don’t want to go into too much detail but I’m glad it happened and losing that 2k was worth it because it led me to finding Cosmos clinic,

staff and nurses were all so polite and understanding, right before my procedure dr Joseph waelchli came to see if I was okay and if I had any questions as usual very polite and well spoken, after I woke from the procedure he did come to see me again and showed so much attention and care! Best of the best, I overall had an amazing experience and I’m Inlove with my results!

Dr FASCETTI is a master artist, im so happy, better than I expected. I love my new shape and wish I did this years ago! I had 8 areas inc jaw line sculpting and researched for about 4 months and met with many places. I chose cosmos because they have the latest vaser and use twilight sedation rather than general anesthesia. I literally cannot fault the team at cosmos at all, so professional and caring, quick responses too.

I had a leg liposuction about two years ago, Im not complaining about that it wasn’t the same shape and they were convincing me and finally after while I could make them to fix the problem.
After my second surgery they didn’t care about me and in my opinion they don’t care when they complete the procedure.then main problem which I still suffer since then is the pain of pin and needles in my leg and my toe which is very annoying after these years.
