48I used to go there 3 years ago! And it was in time cheap and you could pay by card! What a disappointment I should have listen to my kid who was telling me about the poor reviews! So for $25 my car was washed and dried in 2 and half hours nothing was done inside! AMD that was the point! I’m disgusted!
I found them really rude and quoted me $75 for a clean. I had a Suzuki swift hatch, ridiculous! They not only wanted to over charge me, I’ve paid $35 before but came across rude in dealing with me.
My 11 year old 4wd was showing all the years of neglect. The team brought the interior up to a fantastic looking job. The red faded paint would have required a miracle to bring it back to life. However it looks pretty decent. I should have polished it a few times in the 11 years.
They were able to get paint marks out from an altercation I had with a garage from 7 years ago.
Great job.
Really good wash, it turned a 17yr old car new, in fact my mechanic complemented me on the car and engine bay.
He said its like it just rolled off the line
Just saw an employee jump in one of the vehicles and thrash it up and down the carpark before proceeding to clean the next.
Very unprofessional and dangerous in a carpark.

They were very professional, service was great they were very friendly & they did a great job. It is also well priced, I will be back highly recommend them.
I attended the Concierge Car wash last night Thursday at 5.15pm, before parking my car I asked the team member if they were able to wash my car. The smiling worker said yes and directed me to the appropriate space. 5 minutes later the "manager" arrived at the scene and said I was too late and they couldn't help me. Surprised by the comment, I asked what the closing time was, reply 6.00pm. There were no other vehicles waiting for the wash. I suggested that it was 35 minutes before the closing time, surely the 3 employees standing around could handle a quick wash and vacuum. No, so I asked if they could just vacuum inside, thankfully they agreed. The so called "manager" was rude, arrogant and consumed by his phone, did not smile or act in any way appropriate for a customer service operation. The floor of the car was vaccumed, and that was all, dust still on the dashboard. The special of the day was $25.00 per sedan. I asked for cost, said $25.00, even though external wash was not done.
The smiling worker was very well mannered.
The so called manager, didn't even raise his arrogant head or get if his lazy backside ; the computer game was obviously more important.
To add to the bad experience, they overcharged by $10.00, making the whole experience $35.00 for bad manners.
Surly Concierge Car Wash can do better than this so called "manager".
